Paperbag-kun is in love
Jigoku No Enra
non-cliche(?) shoujo manga ☆ ༅ the concept behind this manga had me engaged the entire time and has a strong female lead, however the ending made me feel like it was incredibly rushed.
Under the Oak Tree
The Precious Sister of The Villainous Grand Duke
in my top three “another world” reads ꨄ strong female lead and the art style is so gorgeous.
Uruwashi no Yoi no Tsuki
this mangaka has a superior style of art, such a gorgeous way of drawing characters. not your average shoujo female lead and that is a good thing :D
Hirunaka No Ryuusei
୨⎯warning: spoilers ahead⎯୧ this manga contains a love triangle between the female lead, her teacher and her friend. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ the entire time i was rooting for the second lead and was so relieved when suzume chose him because mamura was way more genuine than shishio imo.
Faded First Love
this is both a shoujo + shounen ai manga ꨄ aoki and ida are my fav pairing by far, they are a breath of fresh air and there is so much fluff too.
Hotarubi no Mori E
the movie brought me to the manga (a must read) i remember watching this years ago and to this day it still breaks my heart, a beautiful story nonetheless.
Hananoi-kun to Koi no Yamai
i love this, the mc is not “stupid” or “clumsy” she is representative of normal women. the male lead is so sweet and kind-hearted, not toxic as they usually are.
Yubisaki to Renren
