strong female lead (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و love the friendship between the main characters.

been up to date with this manga for a long time now and safe to say that i have not got bored once, the dynamic between guren and shinya is my all time favourite thing about this series.

yato is one of the best characters (๑ᵔ⤙ᵔ๑) been following this manga for a while now.

this manga is so good, chefs kiss ꨄ power and aki need to come back because season two is not the same without the original trio.

this manga slowly develops into a well established series with an engaging plot including many good and well written characters! some would say that this is similar to tokyo ghoul but from what i have read, it only contains similar concepts and terminology.

read and completed this manga a long time ago and forgot to add this to my list beforehand. the characters were all really loveable and this manga allowed you to form strong attachments towards each of them but the ending seemed rushed and kind of forced (?)

before reading this manga, make sure you are mentally prepared for the content because i certainly was NOT. banana fish tackles some serious and overwhelming topics so make sure you check the tw(s).
