There could have been more to this but there were a couple simple changes the author could’ve done like make them the same age (which should be the standard not a suggestion)

It could’ve done so much w a better, conclusive ending (it felt v rushed). As much as I don’t like this author for what she’s done, the composition of panels and within panels is stunning

Hands down the most in depth read from a manga w a trans mc and focus. Could not believe I found this

Idr if they said it’s historically accurate (I doubt it tbh), but I do know there are a lot of cultural influences from one of the actual indigenous groups in Japan from what I hear. Either way, the story is good in of itself. Update: trans girl character in this?
