Non-linear narrative. Tatsumi can use the voice of the waves to let people do his bidding, and it terrifies him. Kazushi is a stranger he meets on the seashore on a trip. But there's more than what meets the eye between these two 'strangers'. I got so fucking emotional over this. Their love was beautiful and overwhelming. Definitely just became one my most favorite mangas of all time.

I don't even know how many times I've re-read this but idgaf it's soooo fucking good. I really like Touma and Kengou's dynamics a lot. Their utter devotion to one another is sweet af. And I like the fact that everyone close to them (including Kengou's dad lmao) are so casually supportive of them :D I don't even know how many times I'll re-read this over and over again but it's just THAT enjoyable ≧ω≦

A story about Yamato, who keeps on searching for his childhood sweetheart Shiki, whom everyone else but him believes is dead, but it turns out he was just sacrificed and is now the pseudo god-slash- divine ruler of their tribe. Includes a heartwrenching childhood friends to lovers plot, political and historical drama with a fantasy vibe and two sweet boys in love. I wished the pacing wasn't so rushed and the whole sacrifice thingy turned me off a little ngl but otherwise it was really beautiful.

MC is in long unrequited love with his older brother's best friend. Wish he'd ended up with the office 'jinx' instead of his first love cause the story would've flowed much better that way. Last chapter is a one-shot that could ALSO have ended better instead of the mc kissing the underage boy (he should've fallen for the ghostly older brother ) Overall a book which could've been good IF ONLY the writer made better decisions...
