Crime thriller with non-linear narrative. Starring Shimojou and Kuze, our two main leads with a history of rivalry and a toxic, all-consuming, co-dependent relationship . Their rivalry and one-upmanship goes way back and although they like to refer to each other as trash, there's undoubtable respect and love between them, with Shimojou (a yakuza) even helping Kuze in his police work towards the end. One of the only downfalls is that in some parts, I was genuinely confused as fucc.

Beautiful story with beautiful art. I want-. No. I NEED more!!!!!!!!

Taiga wants to become a hero. Arima is Maria. But does he really want to be that? Features trauma and it's long-term effects, healing from it, two boys helping each other to become better versions of themselves, and falling in love along the way. Arima's pain was heartwrenching. And Taiga's shallow idealism was relatable. This was a beautiful story and I cried to it.
