11.28.24 - aigoo, i should’ve trusted the rating and spare myself from this not so great webtoon… the mc really annoyed me with his wishy-washy-ness, like be clear with your horrible ex and stop making ml suffer..

12.2.24 - the art is STUNNING. the story is original and keeps me interested. the twist of lee woo yeol’s dad being present during seong ah’s kidnap/car accident was wild… ch.64

12.6.24 - WOOJIN IS THE MVP. also, ho-in is an adorable cinnamoroll, gotta protec !! okay, so obviously gonna reread this after some time apart (12.16.24 EDIT: changed my mind, not planning to reread—i don’t think i wanna go through the situationship between the two that thankfully didn’t get together). i was enjoying the HELL out of this beautifully drawn webtoon until eun-woo slept with taesoo. that DIDN’T need to happen considering the story of their “friendship” was angsty and dramatic as hell :(( i’m proud eun-woo ran to his true man but still, he didn’t have to do that disservice to himself and ho-in… i’ll (not) revisit when my headspace is better to highlight key chapters and most likely stick to the “happy” epilogues!! (p.s. the chap where ho-in goes off on woojin was also like wtf?? your bestie was protecting you the whole time, albeit some actions were misguided—but HIS heart was there??). i wanna read about woojin getting his happy ever after huhuhu

12.6.24 - hmm, i had this bookmarked for some reason. reading the not so positive reviews on the main couple made me not want to start.. so i only read from ch.50-60 for the 2nd couple that people liked more but idk, the art style’s not all that captivating and plot wise, it was dull.. plus translation not great considering they kept saying “native” for “naive” which was throwing me off.

12.13.24 - wanted to give it a try for the tanned character but had to drop. mc is horrible, story is written very poorly, side characters are just not engaging at all..

12.16.24 - read up to ch.34 before finally deciding to drop it. trope of reclusive boy x popular boy which is something i typically like but idk, the art style’s throwing me off and the mc with social anxiety seems to completely switch with sexy times?? it’s a little off putting haha (also, the childhood, manipulative friend gives me the creeps, actually..)

12.16.24 - knew this would be psychologically trashy? but wanted to read a toxic bl.. sadly this had no substance, if only there was more depth to the main couple then it would’ve been a slightly more worthwhile short read

12.18.24 - this was kind of disappointing?. i knew it wasn’t going to be that good considering the rating and also i read another work by the same creator. anyways, i felt really bad for mc because ml made him chase for too long and it wasn’t even that satisfying once they got together :( i made it to end (basically forced myself) and couldn’t continue with the side stories (stopped at epilogue 6)..
