I guess you could call this consensual? The FL is pressured into sex by the ML (who is Yakuza) in exchange for paying off a huge money debt taken out in her name. She agrees and has little choice in when they have sex but I'm still not sure if call that 100% consensual. Eventually the two form personal feelings for each other and begin a real relationship.
