The ML, Jun, has no memories of his past esp his childhood and he suffers from hallucinations and nightmares. When he accidentally meets the ML, Yeonwoo, while doing apartment hunting near his university, he soon learns that he’s a childhood friend and adding to the mystery, he shares the same scar he has on his palm. However, Jun doesn’t recognise him and it makes Yeonwoo feel upset but he still ends up moving in to Yeonwoo’s place, to the infamous red house.
I love the art style, it gives off this dark and creepy vibes and the gore and the blood make the hairs on your skin rise. The disturbing panels in the dark room in the last few chapters are scary af and something I wouldnt dare be reading at night esp when all the lights are off. The dark room actually reminds me so much of the SK movie The Forgotten. It was creepy. I want this to be adapted into a series or a movie.
I enjoy the mystery surrounding Jun and Yeonwoo, they do match each other’s freak. The smut scenes are hot and steamy but also give off this dark vibes at the same time.
This is such a scary read but really good I devour this in one sitting
