[SPOILERS BELOW] Ch. 1 to 5: Alpha x alpha pairing. Seme is Ash Jones. Uke is Karlyle Frost (aristocrat). Uke has sexual issues that may be resolved by switching to bottoming as suggested by the family physician (?). Said physician recommended Ash to be his partner and their agreement is to meet up for 2 months (8x). Uke has a younger brother called Kyle. Kyle is married to Nicholas/Nick who is an omega. Inhibitors do more damage than help both alpha brothers. Seme is in love with someone else, but is very affectionate with uke during their meetings. Na-fall naman si uke despite his setting rules before they proceeded. Long before their second meeting, Ash and Karlyle have crossed paths in New York already. Karlyle introduced himself as Rile/Ryle and the two shared a kiss. However, seme seemed to not remember Karlyle at all during their second meeting. What are the odds that seme fell for Rile, got to know Kyle and thinks this was the guy he kissed? Or has it always been Nick? :3 Ugh. Karlyle is such an awkward person. Anyways, Ash has only ever dated alphas. This supports my theory that it may be Kyle he's interested in. [Ahahaha, I guess I was mistaken. :3] Wait, "Nick did become an omega," says Kyle. The hell? They're not born like that? Kyle makes it sound like it took forever for them to realize that or that Nick was previously of different gender then switched to omega later in life.
