Well I love how it ended. This is truly proves the saying "First love never dies". But I feel bad for Masahito tho he is like the 3rd wheel of their relationship ;(. I usually love these stories where a LGBTQ+ couple can get to have a relationship with their first love, as long either one of them doesn't have a child with the opposite sex then I approve and be envious of their relationship.
