I can see why a lot of people dont really like Cole cheating and everything but I think its important to understand that Cole has clear mental issues and the fact that from what we have seen Alex isn't a great boy friend(that doesn't mean cheating is okay), at the heart of it Cole doesn't feel loved or accepted and is chasing temporary happiness. I feel like its easy to relate to what hes going through.
