9/10 great story, decent amount of smut of meh spice. Plot is about college guy who gets together with his proctologist, some insecurity and miscommunication after finding out the doctor was his first love and tutor that tossed him away initially. Good angst scene and decent cold shoulder after; doctor cries to get back together
