This Time I Will Definitely Be Happy
The Justice of Villainous Woman
I think it's interesting how before the female protagonist died she stood up to bullies and tried her best to live a life where she could be herself and be happy even if that wasn't what her family was about...I'm mean they were super sexist...but she didn't become bitter or mean to others...I definitely think her "ex-boyfriend" and "friend" needed slapping and some sort of reasoning for backstabbing someone that was kind and loyal. I do like her internal struggle in her new life to be cunning and devious over being nice to everyone since in a way even though her body's former owner was bratty she did realize that like her friend that betrayed her in her previous life the crown prince's fiancé is two-faced and devious. The female protagonist is quite clever and I think the crown prince is clever and observant as well, plus the system in this world has more to do with actual skill over birth order which is nice! The fifth prince seems really warm and fun to hang out with. It's also funny when the female protagonist is trying to expose spies and she channels the spirit of evil step mothers and sisters (lol). Also, her new parents are so kind! I like the breakdown of the nobility/royal structure from baron to emperor as well as the difference between a maid and a lady-in-waiting I got some good education on that front, and the importance of of trying at least to mend poor familiar bonds--it's a sad thing to see a big brother that doesn't adore his lil sister but given his sister's original temperment it makes some sense.
This Is An Obvious Fraudulent Marriage Webtoon
The fun part about this is that I didn't know exactly how they recognize they're mutual feelings for each other...I loved how Del wanted to start calling her by a nickname so he just did so casually and she took it as a competition by giving him one back! I get that the earth and water gods wanted to suppress fire and wind gods but it was very reckless creating a being with no direction then at some point he winds up in the human world full of sounds and smells that he's unaccustomed to...I'm glad that he got a bit of warmth and kindness in his life it was wonderful seeing the changes in Del and LynLyn and how everything slowly started to tie together.
Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shite shimatta...
It really makes you think when the main character is reincarnated into not only a villainess but also one that's from an otome game, I've played my fair share and I know they get crummy endings unless you happen to be a bad guy hottie then quite possible he'lol have a love interest route. Anyway, the way the female protagonist weighs all of her options with a counsel of herself is very interesting and how she worked with what she knew from her past life was very smart, plus the fact that she played through most of the routes to know about all he characters shows she was really paying attention. I love the fact that she can really turn things around for a villianess who didn't get much air time and make herself hard to forget and make all those around her really think if there's more to her than just a haughty noble. Also the fact that she descended to actually love her stepbrother instead of bully him like her counterpart did made me smile and think that maybe she won't meet her bad endings.
I’m Not a Villainess!! Just Because I Can Control Darkness Doesn’t Mean I’m a Bad Person!
Welp, I don't see too many people who get reincarnated that are fully aware of their past life as babies, so so far that coupled with don't judge based on appearance and the terms light and dark magic really rings loudly...and I always like spirits who become true partners to the main characters. I definitely didn't think about domestic violence as her way of entering another life, usually even other manga mentions it's drowning and car accident related deaths. From the beginning I hope for her to have happiness and warmth in her life. I really like that prince Edgar ended up being a tsundere like I suspected and that prince Levi and Emily are clever and see deeper into a person's character...all of them including Liam and the family Butler aren't stifled by fear and can see Claudia for the kindness that comes naturally to her.
The Duchess' 50 Tea Recipes
I didn't know if I'd like this at first but I like that I gave it a shot...usually I like when the female protagonist starts from the bottom and works her way up into noble society, but to think that someone would be so disrespected as a duchess. The parallels between the female protagonist past self and the soul that use to inhabit the body she's in are also noteworthy since they both were used and taken for granted by those around them with no complaint on their part, which you can register the self-hatred in both their lives. When the female protagonist took strides to stand up for herself it was truly beautiful and man what happened to the Duke is the very definition of child abuse...I mean wow how can someone go to such legnths to crush a person's soul. It's bittersweet that no one took the time to know the other duchess, but the praise and friendships theat the new duchess has earned makes me happy for her and learned so much about tea!
The Reason Why Raeliana Ended up at the Duke's Mansion
I like that the plot has a detective mystery vibe, and I always laugh with the person who is the female protagonist but isn't suppose to be the main character in the story that they get reincarnated into has to figure out that she acutually is more than a side character or person in the background--that they've altered the very fabric of the story as they once knew it. The female protagonist really paid attention to key details about the novel she read and its characters and I love how she stands up for equality and kindness, and the part about clever, cautious, devious duke's becoming mushy lovers was ironic because she'll be the target of his affections at some point he already finds her interesting.
Virtues of the Villainess
It's weird how this mysterious book written by the second love interest just appears for Ginger, but Im all for it if Ibzana gets to avoid a mental breakdown from finding out that someone who brought him a peaceful love had a grandpa that gave him his telepathy and the necklace that could block it. Who locks they're son away for years and claims him to be a monster just because people fear their own thoughts being discovered. I'm rooten for Ginger because her and the prince are cute together but she needs to up her game, I don't know if telling Ibezana is the best thing but having him more enlightened wouldn't be the worst thing.
Beware of the Villainess!
I laughed so much reading this because it slips in so many references to popular television and other manga styles...I loved the buff or the glittery eyes that show-up. Perhaps the best thing is that this woman who was reincarnated from a life of constant stress and heart ache found even more when her soul was sent to the world of one of the books she read as a villainess---even when she tried to be nice or stand up for herself it didn't seem to make a differ nice as everyone ignored or wrote her off as crazy. When I saw the crown prince who has the fad of black hair and gold eyes I thought he'd be an interesting playa but he's just dumb...I can't help but like the assasin/magician brother and the werewolf, but the best part is she's demanding to be heard and she makes use of her past life and her body's attributes to have the best life possible. Nine is adorable though best idea giving him another chance at life, heroine seems so sweet like she should be, and the maid yuno she makes me laugh with her change in attitude after being offered more money. This is a surprising delight!
