Gentleman or Beast?
Chunqing Yatou Huolala
When I first read this I was exited about the mafia aspect because mostly when I've seen mafia/gang it describes the leader as ruthless but then there's no fight scenes or actual fear that the person is dangerous and you should flee for the hills. I for one like the mafia leader to have a moral code of no rape or undue abuse of women or children, if the woman can defend herself and has the intent to kill then defend yourself that's okay. I also like when it's increasingly difficult to gain trust or affection from the mafia leader due to rival gangs always gunning for your life, men/woman wanting to spend time with you to gain power, favors, or make you indebted to them. I'd have a thick wall of caution and I like that Mr. Yu has an inner circle of people he'd consider friends, I was surprised to see a woman among them because he seemed to have intense resentment toward women as he takes their first times and ditches them and oh boy even going so far as to tell the women that if they get pregnant to not expect any child-support from him or to even recognize the child as his own...I mean the abortion money was new to me definitely. He keeps himself detached even to the point where he could watch a person drown for awhile without flenching...I dared to wonder if he allowed himself to care/love a woman what would he be risking? The female protagonist I give serious props for being praised for her high intellect and not easily giving her first time away even when she truly loved her boyfriend...they made an agreement to have sex on her 18th birthday but I guess he couldn't wait patiently and gave in. I mean her boyfriend did recognize her abilities and seemed to cherish her to some extent since she was the only one he called "girlfriend." I also liked Mr.Yu's original disposition how he has a different manner of speaking and walk that he usually covers for, I think I'd wreck his mental/emotional defenses and learn how to swim with martial arts.

My oh my Alexander looks like a Greek god! But I really think something is wrong with many of the people's brains in this story which is both entertaining and aggravating at the same time. I mean I love that Clare has the internal qualities of what makes a real princess: kind, brave, humble, plus she's a true survivor. She studied hard in her past life and became a veterinarian with and extensive knowledge of herb then when she was reborn she was a slave who is also studious and eager to help others but also biologically royalty. She has skills in treating the sick and she's not full of herself. It's depressing that princesses or beautiful women are seen as those with long hair and frilly dresses who don't know how to work. I mean a slave can't do this, her offspring can't be seen as royals because she's not blonde and blue eyed (genetics doesn't work like that--probably saved her though), she's a boy or a teenager (I get it she's lively and fun to watch)...these things irked me and man are slaves not human they can't learn to read and write what if a slave teaches herself how to...is it that unbelievable! I'm thinking that Alexandro's dad also doesn't understand sexuality...if he's gay then it wouldn't have mattered how he was raised. I'm tired of of his dad's meddling as well so he can think his son is gay if he wants, and he and his wife made it so that their son had a sense of justice where he despises political corruption but also noble women who seem to hide their true intentions. I like that howl means a lot to him but you think he'd want to figure out what happened (black stallion is definitely his spirit animal). I know it will take all the slow people awhile to understand but Clare was different while her everyone was being killed in the palace where no one cared about her she bravely came out of hiding to stand up for her servants, I know a quick head chopping was suppose to be a merciful death...but if anyone had bothered to look into her past they would have seen her abilities and wouldn't want to kill her. Anyhow, everyone wake up and smell the aromatherapy bath sometime before we're all old...she should be treasured, especially after to death threats, and I want to see real time lovey dovey scenes between Clare and Alexander. I rant and rave because I hate/love the story and I grow impatient. Also I must add that Alejandro is sexy and doesn't know it or care, because how can he not know the effect his beauty has on others...I mean these body shots gave me heart attacks.
I Choose the Emperor Ending
What I love about this is the female protagonist had a passion for medieval times...the knights, kings/queens, the appreciation of nature and art, but wasn't too keen on the dirt and unsanitary environment (me either) so after being successful in science and taking part in anything medieval in the 21st century she descided to delve into virtual reality and create her own medieval world and characters. I really like the fact that the world is of her own making, and its kinda ironic that th game creator gets stuck not only in her own world but actually wanted to switch to a noble because being a slave was too much effort...even though she wrote the slavery into her world. I like the idea of working my way up but I get wanting to skip to a comfortable setting. Anyway I laugh everytime she calls the male protagonist her baby even though in some sense he is as well as the other characters, then she goes and call the yundere like prince her baby but he doesn't get the same treatment. I mean I get it he kills all of the lovely Duke's (Edward) people while he's gone and always covets new things that don't belong to him, but wasn't that how he was created to be? Whose really at fault here? The weird thing is how she creates work out machines for the knights I just think those are too close to modern times, but the washer isn't that bad. Also even the Duke's little fiancé is interesting...I never would have thought she wore wigs.
Chitra Webtoon
I'm quite enjoying this I mean it's so cool to not only summon great warriors from the past and gain skills, but the God of beauty is a bunny ( so close to heaven)! But the first interaction with the God of beauty was too rediculous for me since I love bunnies I wouldn't ask him about eating poop repeatedly...come on I'd annoy him by petting him and checking out his ears. It's amazing that he didn't rethink his choice or get too offended, but I do like that the female protagonist appreciates the new life she was given...I mean the first draw is Redelk and he's so impressive I never heard of a warrior butler but I guess I've seen butlers who are well-rounded in many specialities. I love that he can detoxify poison and take away curses, plus a duel sword wielder who can use any sword/dagger and all of his stats are high. I was thinking to protect his soul too but what if my close friends or offspring need Redelk? I guess it's the luck of the draw if his soul gets sent back to the realm of the God of beauty. I lover the whole scenario except for the whole nosebleed fiasco, I understand the embarrassment and the man is high quality but you're body was literally dead let him bathe you! I know I'm going to love anyone one she summons (I hope), but the Legendary Wizard hero, Tyrex is hilarious, sexy, and powerful but carries a certain dark air to him. I love that his voice can put you in a hypnotic state where you do what he wants, his defenses increase with stripping (what happens if he's naked then?), and his magical abilities are vast. A disappointment is that she couldn't have a darker complexion when she went to another world I was all excited when I saw her in her past life. Loven the different gods/goddesses, especially since the god of beauty has an older sister...but my surprise is that he has an original form I wanna see it! Also, Redelk seems to suffer from PTSD I hope he'll he'll heal in time. "Those that are born ugly will be made into fine people by the god of beauty and those who are evil will be made even uglier"-so speaketh the god of beauty. The statues are pretty cool as they help the villagers. Tornian is quite the enigma but him being know for his genius level intellect, half elf, and being the god of acting is very interesting especially since he altered his appearance to be more quickly excepted. But the female protagonist really needs props for making so many difficult descicions, but I loved how she thought herself an Emperor with 3 concubines, the only exception is that Tydex isn't worken that hard to garner affection but that's his personality.

I was right there with Latte when she couldn't find any male leads after her constant search...I mean did they not enter mortal domain because of their heavenly looks? I liked that she wrote a novel that's always been on her mind when she was grounded, and that the romance novel that she was obsessed with became her new home. Plus her sense of humor and just kind of watching things play out speaks to her fan-girl ways and I'm glad that even as a "side character" she doesn't have a bad end where she gets banished or killed, but on the flip side it's as if she doesn't matter when the story's female protagonist is around. For the first time I'm cool with the female protagonist enjoying the theater! Also, Arwin with his roots of not being born wealthy but magically talented with his mischievous deadliness is definitely my fave as well as how he makes Latte into a show for his own entertainment, then Kenneth and his haughty attitude and meaness toward women due to constant stalking when he was younger and even now...it kills me when he considers tongs a sign of respect. Ibelina is sweet and it was a smart move to befriend her and buy all those magic scrolls, the Ensula I'd like to think she'd be a top make-up artist and fashion snob...she's funny! I never know what anime/manga will be referenced with throws me every time. Rodemo has grown on me a little, but I really think his sister Roselina is sweet.
College Student Empress
First thank you to the translators/uploaders. I'm just thinking to myself: 1) The reincarnated Empress is like many of the reincarnated heroines I've seen...completely different from the past version...so if she was indeed evil or up to no good then didn't Mr. Emperor read the given the manual for people who nearly die? It says give her a trial period to prove she isn't scheming and is indeed a better person or keep from killing said person for a few weeks to find out. 2) Didnt the Empress come from a gentle scholarly tribe, what did she do to deserve death...exist? That's what I'm thinking because Emperor didn't get a say in the manner...I think the only person he got to choose is his favorite concubine who he has unrequited love for. 3) I think the reincarnated empress actually got all the adventure she could bargain for with all these assassination attempts since she would date guys in the past and get bored after 3 months, but honestly the Emperor is still quite childish even though he's in the seat of power...all he can think about is getting the woman who sees him as a little brother to fall for him just a little and see him something more...that would be sweet if he didn't try to kill the reincarnated Empress all the time who actually sees him as a man and maybe be happy that she got a friend. 4) I find the best parts are when the Empress so easily outsmarts the Emperor, teases him, and can actually defend herself against the assasination attempts. 5)Emperor got his own taste of Karma...he succeeded in killing the former Empress for whatever reasons he had, but now he has deal with a new kind of Empress he doesn't know how to handle...so in your face Mr.Emperor...maybe your lady love would see you better if got a tiny bit more mature and actually try to play nice with the Empress for once your blood pressure demands it and your too young to have that many veins poppin all over the place. I look forward to character growth when I can say I remember when... ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
