I definitely haven't seen a female protagonist like Bertria...she wholeheartedly from the time she remembered she had a past life just started spouted it out...since she's suppose to be a villainess that ruins Price Cecil's love life with the fated maiden that becam her soul objective because somehow it would lead to a happy ending for the prince. Even though being betrothed as children was more so for political reasons...her blunt honesty and unpredictableness is quite funny and cute through it does get her into trouble if her family, servants, and fiancé weren't looking out for her. I liked seeing how easily things come to the genius Prince Cecil, but being a natural at things can be quite boring and dull...it's cool that Bertria's knowledge of how the "plot" and characters are supposed to be mixed in with her determination actually brings spice to the Prince's life. Also, I liked that Bertria decided to save her mom even if it meant her dad not becoming evil, and somehow she saved one another one of her main leads by having an open communication with him. Oh an I love how spirits are essential beings in using magic! Plus it's always nice seeing the main lead(s) fall for the would-be-villainess who turns out to be more interesting than the heroine!

I'm pretty sure many people dont expect their fan-fiction to become so well known throughout the land, I was thinking that Angelina wrote it and published it herself but I'm glad that it gave a new level of adoration to her favorite prince even if he's a strike first never asks questions kind of guy...many of those rumors seem exaggerated only to tarnish his name. His twin sister, Hoya, is really quite smart and politically savvy, even though her brother couldn't get past his embarrassment she saw the potential of garnering more than fear and not just hating a passionate novel with no ill intent. For just once I'd like a person to remember a crucial childhood memory, but I'm just glad that everyone's lives will take on a whole new direction from a book a diehard fan wrote with no filter! Also, the mystery behind the second empresse's death and the relationship between the emperor's children is quite interesting. It seems that the youngest prince looks up to his older siblings, and I'm glad they don't hate each other...teasing is always welcomed! "Why does everyone leave me?" Aww...Rayburn and Angelina were raising a bird together, I knew he was a softie! I love the paparazzi artist his drawings helped with the original novel and allowed glimpses of the real Rayburn! Yep, Rayburn is awesome I mean he bought Angelina's freedom and wanted to bring her back with him...I wish she hadn't run away!

oh my gosh! Risa and Fukami are so cute together...I guess I like that since he's mature he knows what he wants and she's a novice at love but finds him so endearing. Gosh I can't believe I fell for it...that Hi-to-ro is a calculating, observant, smooth talking criminal...I love that type but I know he's broken many a heart along the way. Although it wouldn't be fair not to say maybe someone also broke his as well and mature/sohistcated ladies may have been predictable and reserved with affection...every relationship has its pros and cons but for the right person it's worth it! Also, I always think to myself unless there is a polyamorous relationship love triangles are the worst since someone will always be hurt in the end, and I always wonder don't amazing protagonist that earn the love of those around them have at least one amazing friend who would also be worthy of adoration? That's why I love it when the best friend of female protagonist has a shout at someone amazing too! I'm rooting for Natsuki and Akatsuki-san's relationship...even though she isn't quite as confident about pursuing him as she was with Hiroto."Let me be your first and last man..."

Hesitant to read at first but other than the strange beauty standards with scars, freckles, birthmarks, and even weight I kinda like that in a way women have more power and are respected especially with the men to women ratio bein unbalanced. When they say beast men they really mean that though what with the territory conflicts, desire for reproduction, I'm not a fan of eating someone else's cubs even if they won't stay off my land (sorry Curtis), the power ranking... many things are discussed about wild animals that I just remembered or learned. In this civilization men are the ones that get discarded if they find the right solo partner but women actually practice polygamy...I was shook when the level of connection between the women and her partner means they can be imparted with the powers of their husbands. However, it doesn't look like many women have strong connections with their husbands and beautiful women aren't as common. What confuses me is why don't the beast women have ears and tails like the males? I've gotta say I think that maybe feral beast men aren't as bad as the rumors say because I love Curtis...he definitely doesn't treat Bai poorly once he understands warm blooded mammals better and for the most part that instinctive fear of snakes fades with his maturity and sweetness but he does have a fiercely predatory side as well not to mention his jealously. Parker isn't bad he's kinda cute and thoughtful...Winston,Harvey, and Muiri grow on me more and more but you've gots to have serious bravery and power to go up against Curtis...as sweet as he can be is literally deadly! I didn't think I get so caught up in this beastly world but I'm interested in what the merfolk look like, only downside is that if you get pregnant it's just you and your husbands handling the labor unless there are complications plus you've got to get inventive with cooking and clothes.

It definitely has a different feel to it as the female protagonist,Wei, running away due to her family not considering what she wants and just throwing her into marriage when she has just been reincarnated since she's the daughter of a concubine, but she supports herself well on her own using her past knowledge of being a forensic specialists/coroner to solve cases with her son. It's even interesting that the fist time she met Prince Ling he was suffering the effects of some aphrodisiac, but her usual acupuncture didn't work...and well neither of them forgot that day. Their son, Xiaoli, was taught some great things as a toddler I mean he's leagues ahead of the time period that they're in like his Mom, since she has modern day medical knowledge and he knows what to do if he gets kidnapped--awesome. Prince Ling is quite clever in his own way, great at martial arts, and cares about those in his care and has a strong sense of justice--he makes a good dad who also understands the heart/mind of the Wei.

When something starts off this intense the question is always...have they met before? It's something as simple as I'm too lazy to look for someone else when a person is that conscious of whether you like him/her. I mean at the forefront of the story of yoshihari seems determined to woo her...but 1st loves can be so sweet especially those that help your family with no ulterior motives. I mean Yuri enjoyed spending time with his mother while she was in the hospital...something he couldn't bring himself to do since he didn't know how to bring himself to apologize as both him and his mom would get angry at each other. But she would always remedy the situation with his favorite dessert and Yuri learned it for their sake...so sweet!!

This is fantastic!!! Iris the female protagonist has got brains/wit, knows how to use her past life knowledge and the character she's been reincarnated into knowledge all without losing her cool! She's truly a boss lady and I gatherered that just from the first intereactions as a villainess she has my respect I wish her all the best in regards to protecting her fief, matters of family and the heart, all of the amazing people that serve her family (love how all of her personal servants came to work for her Tanya, Lyle and Dida have a fun rivalry going on, and Rehme I always love a scholar, Moneda clever but has a hidden side, and Sei whose adorable and works hard) and ex-fiancé's or even if the heroine wants to step up and do something...let her try I say!!
