A doctor loses his lover, the head of the hospital where he works, to a stress-related stroke. Around the same time, the administrator's son comes to work at that hospital, and it is clear from the first that the son knows about his affair with his father and resents him for it. 

Falling in love with your supposed fiancee, only for her to be murdered and to find out that you were never truly engaged to her, but to her sister. Years pass on and you finally marry your rightful wife, the sister, and eventually fall in love with her. But her guilt for her sister's death is too big, so she commits suicide
