(up until Volume 17) Witch sells chocolate that can fulfill wishes, but they come with prices. Bittersweet short stories and later more complicated main story.

Shiki show up in city and kill people while spreading. A million side characters you can barely remember (ninety percent of them die). There are like two nice characters you like and they all die. In the end you even want the shiki to win just because they are the only interesting people and the MCs are shitty.

Girl keeps falling in love with murderers. Her butler uses her to find criminals and captures them.

Misaki Mei is ignored in class. New student doesn't ignore her and evokes curse. Many people die. Almost everyone dies, actually.

Survival game. One traitor and need to find them.

Survival game. All have animal masks and need to find out sins of others. Least liked one is punished. Weird how some people's sins are "I insulted fans after they bullied me" and others are like "I killed my mother"
