2019. I read this earlier. Marking for consistency. I like this author's work. It is sentimental, romantic, and the drawings are pretty.

2013. Okay, I think i read this in like 2015 before. I remember liking it! Popular boy befriends his classmate who supposedly has a scary face, but upon closer inspection is actually a cutie! Marking for consistency.

7/20/22: Boys play a game where they try to make each other hard. It sounds gay but it's actually not that gay! MC is super straight. Just boys being really stupid lol

7/08/22: So 2 old friends who were almost something a bit more, meet again after a few years in college. Seme confesses to uke, but for some reason, the uke does not want to allow himself to be in a relationship. He is of the breed of uke who feels like he descended from Ritsu Onodera. That is not a good thing. It means he's kind of tsundere and will have sex with the seme and enjoy it, but then will continue to rebuff his affections. Seeing this kind of character can be frsustrating, but what makes it work or at least be tolerable is that the story acknowledges his fake behavior. Character knows he loves seme and is honest in his head but, he himself wonders why he can't let himself be happy. I found this part of the writing confusing. It could be because something was lost in translation, idk. But I'm not sure why MC doesn't want to allow himself to be with seme. Meanwhile, seme is just being a dreamy boyfriend character who is super dopey and crazy about uke and is such a simp for him. It's quite interesting! The characters have depth & it goes past the tsundere miscommunication trope & dives more into the character's life & personality. The logic is self aware of the bs & characters wonder, "Why am I like this?" getting introspective about why they hold themselves back. It's also sex, sex, sex! The drawings are nice. I'm not a fan of the style necessarily cuz it reminds me of Sword Art Online or smth, but they are GOOD drawings! Unfortunately, I only made it to Chp. 30 because some chapters are missing.

Hmmm. I'll see how this goes... 8/3/22: Everyone seems an asshole. MC is homophobe. Normie homophobe MC witnesses his classmate having sex with another male in the classroom. Someone blackmails the other. The potential love interest to the MC is an indecent fuckboy who doesn't care about his partners and will do it anywhere. He is infamous in the class and has a bad reputation. Both have horrible personalites. On the other side, the friend of the MC is a cute boy who unfortunately likes the homophobe MC.

Only read 1 chapter. Guy had onesided love with his friend. Guy is adult now working as a student teacher in a HS and meets his love's nephew or smth who looks exactly like him. This is kinda like a replacement story to me.. Where can a story like this even go? The only good i see coming out of this is if this experience somehow gives him the courage to confess to his actual love (not the replacement)..

I'm working on it.. Awwwwwwww I FINISHED!!! & Awww the ending was cute!!! I wish there was more lovey dovey stuff with Dantalion, like c'mon throw him a bone! But still so cute! It all comes full circle in a cute way

It's pretty! Definitely some questionable stuff, but I loved the story & I loved the drawings. First story was golden. The rest were ehhh. Also, first was a SEKE!!! So playboy MC becomes breaks up with his gf after her and his friend hook up. MC befriends cool mysterious guy at school who consoles him. There's so much more than that, because we really get personal with the characters. We watch them build their relationship going from lust to developing their relationship and mutually needing eachother. This is one of the few BLs where we get to see the inital seme be vulnerable and cry. I like how the author does not feel the need to fit this character into a stereotypical box of idealized manliness we see in yaoi: stoic or unfeeling, we see him be human, and part of being human its being vulnerable at times. So I loved. The characters were still molded from anime tropes (playboy, cool guy). So, they don't have terribly unique personalities, but the author made them feel human at times. 8/19/22

This is so wholesome. A really nice read. A high school slice of life.
