2021. IM DONE! THIS WAS CRAZY!! GARNET, STOP. DON'T KEEP READING THIS! Edit: No I'm not done. I'm on board for this crazy ride. One thing I liked was that I felt this was a truly scary depiction of an abuser which leans more on the realistic side for this genre. It really has left me with a lasting impression. One thing I didn't like, was how the sex scenes were sexualized since most of it felt forced. Though I know that is part of what we came for. I was uncomfortably invested! So much tension! I want to know what happens.. Waiting for updates.....

Waiting for this to finish REREAD Normal guy, mc, forms a relationship with a serial killer in order to stay alive as he's captured in his home. This is actually a comedy... This is also actually....kinda wholesome????? (the main couple's interactions). 6/5/22: This has not updated in a while.

2017. Twisted mindfuck! A couple doesn't know where they begin & where they end when using a memory altering system called Moritat. What follows is a struggle of power between the two as the mc tries to solve the mystery of his circumstances.

I KNEW THIS COVER LOOKED FAMILIAR. First thing I thought was, "Oh shit it's this one!!" Erwin kidnaps Levi out of his obsession. The size difference is uncomfortable for me. This manga overall is uncomfortably engaging.

Complete. This started off really interesting but then the tone just fell off the wagon. At first, it felt really edgy & fucked up, but that gets pushed aside & everything becomes milder. The seme Maa- kun suddenly behaves better & develops a liking to the MC. BUT! There's no romance. It didn't feel fucked up or romantic or really lean too much into anything. It felt kinda mild. What bugs me is the seme being forward in the relationship but the MC being really lame & half baked about reciprocating even though he does hold affection. He's just too much of a damn weenie. It ends with him hiding Maa-kun from his mom & reluctantly having awkward sex. I feel this is why people felt incomplete after reading. Because the ending still felt one-sided. I mainly remember this because the seme is so sexy. I get Kaneda vibes.

MC gets captured by enemy. I guess sexy torture...? We'll see where this goes. Update: ok saw the chapters. It's literally just rape & murder. I'll never understand the appeal of all that.. Not worth any time.

Alpha seme has twisted, secret obsession with omega uke. We got a psycho "I'll love you more than anyone" seme! It ended the way a story like this would be expected to. There's no way a story like this would have an immediate happy ending in seven chapters. It's kinda what I wanted. Not a miserable reading experience, but certainly dark. Short, focused. Just about a yandere. That's all 6/13/22: Omg I read this for the second time. This is such cancer!
