I like this. Maybe there is hope or maybe someone ends up as a rotting corpse inside an empty apartment. No alcoholism or drug addiction in sight so their odds are slightly better than average.

I super enjoyed this one. It's so novel to have the characters be normal people, bless this author. Tora wasn't a big shot that stoically accepted his punishment: he was a chump. He straight up admits he got played and despite his best efforts he's in a very "unmanly" and vulnerable position, being dependant on his sister. The young boss isn't a fucking crying idiot; he's just young and sheltered. He has backbone and integrity, very rare character traits in "ukes". How many assertive ukes have I read about in 1000+ yaois? Not enough. Honestly i'm SHOCKED at the congruent and cohesive character development. Such a simple story and yet so memorable to me.
