Mc1 has terrible social anxiety that makes him physically sick. Mc2 spots him at a freshman welcoming party and mc1 gags bc mc2 smiled at him (mc2 is popular so he didn’t want any unwanted attention). Mc1’s “best friend” was always suspicious and psycho af. He manipulated mc1 from a young age to be dependent on him which caused his bad social anxiety. When he saw mc1 and mc2 were together and mc1 was happy with him, he spread rumors on the college forum about how mc2 was using mc1 to get good grades. When it didn’t work separating mc1 and mc2 he decided to smack mc2 over the head with a beer bottle in the middle of a party (which was chapter 39 or 40). There was too much smut imo like it was basically all their relationship was which was iffy to me. That’s the reason I knocked off one star. I knocked off another one bc mc1 looked like a literal child. Baby face to the max meanwhile mc2 looked normal. It wasn’t a terrible story just too smutty. Read: Wednesday, April 19th, 2023.
