Mc1 and mc2 like other people. Those other people got married. Mc1 and mc2 slept together the night of the wedding and end up sleeping together more and becoming somewhat friends along the way. 24 chapters out so far officially and I'll only read an unofficial chapter if there's a cliffhanger. I want more stories that I can read weekly so I'm pacing myself. Mc2 is seriously big and beefy and holy hell he's attractive. Enjoying this so far. Definitely read this sometimes! Sounds funny. Added: Saturday, June 22nd, 2024. Edit: Anxious af for chapter 33 omg. Looks like irregular updates too ugh. Didn't want to chicken out bc of the slight cliffhanger at the end of 22 so I read it anyway. Thought this would be kind of a comedy but no it's pain. I seriously can't tell what mc2 is thinking 98% of the time. They might sleep together in chapter 24 (I say 24 cuz I don't think it would flow properly if they slept together next chapter but maybe we'd get the beginning of it). Unrequited love or maybe mc2 just doesn't realize his feelings for mc1. I read in the comments that mc2 is an asshole and which idk I can kinda see it but I'm hoping he doesn't turn into a toxic red flag POS especially since mc1 mentioned mc2 can be controlling in a passing comment to mc2. Surprisingly I feel no hatred for mc2's fiancee (now ex-fiancee). She just happened to fall in love with mc2 at first sight and all these years later still loves him and they got back in touch and started dating again and she proposed. Called off the engagement when she realized mc1 and mc2's dynamic and knew she would always be second to mc1. She even gave mc1 a chance to confess to mc2, not that he took it. Added: Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024. Edit: Read the same day. Someone in the comments was saying mc2 was a douche but the only time I got a douche-y feeling from him was in chapter 2 and I felt like it could’ve been resolved if mc2 didn’t wait until chapter 9 or 11 to confess that his engagement was a sham. Felt really bad for mc2 and his fiancée when it was revealed that the reason they were forced to announce their wedding and start planning it was cuz the fiancée’s dad was faking being terminally ill just so they would go ahead and get married. Mc1 kept running from mc2 mentally (i.e. drawing a line at just sex aka no intimate touching like kissing, thinking that their relationship has no future, and lying to mc2 saying he doesn’t have feelings for him even though he was caught red handed). Mc2 was my fav character. He was sweet even when he shouldn’t be (like agreeing to marry his fiancée bc he felt pressured into it). I got to chapter 11 before realizing there was an official version so I had to reread the officials. Weird af that the officials still had some wonky translation sometimes. Mc2 didn’t sound like a douche in ch2 in unofficial but did in the official version. Sometimes I liked the unofficial translation better cuz it was sweeter or made more sense but oh well. Loved Richard’s (would be considered mc3 I guess?) character. He was really funny and made me love mc2 even more. Wish mc2 would’ve found out that mc1 had a one night stand with Richard before mc1 and mc2 got together but oh well. Mc2 probably would’ve committed a murder if he found out LOL. Mc2 was adorably protective and jealous and possessive. Really enjoyed this. I’ve remembered this much even though I reread Cupid in the Sales Department (47 chapters so far) after reading this but before I made the description for this. Good read.
