This was so good omg. There was a LOT of drama. Hated Woochan (mc2) at first. He was a bitch but not as much as Hye-eun (mc1’s ex and mc2’s boyfriend in the beginning of the story). Hye-eun cheated on Minjae (mc1) with Woochan and Minjae found out about it in an article. Was sad af. Woochan was a dick for awhile (very flirty and teasing) but I couldn’t really hate him except for the first chapter or two. He was a serious dick in the first chapter or two. But Hye-eun? Fuck her. She decides in the very last chapter, two years after ruining the wedding of Minjae’s sister and Woochan’s manager and outing Woochan and Minjae as a couple, that she was going to “support them”. Bitch first you cheated on Minjae with Woochan, then you get pissed off when Woochan breaks up with you for Minjae (kinda cheats on her with him, but fuck her anyway cuz she cheated first and still doesn’t see she was wrong). And Minjae’s professor? Aaaa. Pervert and an asshole and I can’t believe how he’s just forgiven as well and Woochan even forgives him for not only killing Minjae in their past life but also for kidnapping Woochan (who was in Minjae’s body at the time). Like wtf? They should’ve gotten their just desserts instead of a happy ending for them as well. And now… time to talk about the body swap aspect. I usually try to avoid stories where mc1 and mc2 swap bodies because then it’s like they’re falling in love with and kissing/having sex with themself and it’s just like wtf? But this one handled it so beautifully. This was shounen ai so we never got smut but even the kisses they shared and Woochan being dominant even in Minjae’s body was just hot as hell. When Minjae and Woochan fell off that cliff together, that’s when Woochan started to change for the better. Also, that’s when they swapped back to their own bodies. But then they swap again! Was cool af because I didn’t think they would swap bodies a second time. Honestly, wish we got to see more of them in their own bodies but I loved it anyway. They probably were in each others bodies for most of the fic but yet I don’t mind it at all? Shows how beautiful this story was. If I could rate this more than 5 stars, I would. I read this on bato and people were complaining in the comments about the aboriginal people in the story and were shitting on the story for it so I was hesitant to read it at first. Mc2 came from a parallel world where he was a king. It's modern times now and he finds a doppelganger of his dead spouse. Mc1 and mc2 struggle at first bc mc2 doesn't know the language. Then they struggle bc of the dead spouse (mc2 doesn't want to admit that he is dead and mc1 thinks he's a replacement for the dead spouse in mc2's eyes. Translations weren't terrible. It was still readable. Just didn't flow like it should have. Enjoyed this story, but it's not 5 stars. Read: Friday, May 26th, 2023.

Read this from Saturday, June 3rd, 2023 to Sunday, June 4th, 2023. Absolutely loved this story. Reminds me of Again in that the mc1 travels back in time and one of the mc’s are actors. In Again, mc1 was an actor and mc2 was a CEO. In this, mc2, is an actor, and mc1 is his manager. Before mc1 went back in time, mc2 and mc1’s sister were in a car accident together where the sister died. Mc1 blames mc2 so when he hears a year later that mc2 is getting back into acting, he rushes to find him. Only, he gets hit by a car and travels back to the past to his first day working as a manager. Mc1 quarrels with himself through like half of the story (there’s 42 chapters out so far) bc he wants to hate mc2 but he ends up falling in love with him instead. Eventually, it’s revealed that the only reason mc1’s sister and mc2 were in the car together at the time of the accident was because they were on their way to mc1’s place to make sure he was safe. Mc2’s dad is an absolute dick. He wanted mc1’s sister to get sponsored by his company and she went to mc2 for help. The father, wanting to hurt both of them, was planning on going after mc1. In the past, the sister and mc2 were both going to mc1’s place. In the present, mc2 was going to look for mc1 on his own, only to look out the passenger side window of his car and see mc1 on the sidewalk. Mc1 gets into the car and then starts talking about the past. Obviously, mc2 is confused, but mc1 keeps talking. Then he starts saying that he knows what he has to do now. Then he says I love you for the first time and he’s smiling even though there’s a truck visible in the window behind him (he was turned to face mc2 who was in the driver’s seat) and it’s just so sad because he knew that was going to happen but let it happen anyway. That was in the second-to-last chapter. Last chapter is a time skip of 3 months while mc1 is in a coma and then he wakes up and everything is happy. Also, mc2 calls mc1 his lover at an awards ceremony but we only get a glimpse of it. The smut was hot as hell and the art was freaking amazing. So defined, especially mc2. And when he shirtless? Woah. The art. It seemed kind of realistic but in a good way. Even though I’m writing this over 12 hours after I finished the latest chapter, I still remember this much and am saying so much about it. That says something since I think I read 3-4 stories today and had a 5 hour shift at work today where I had no time to read on my phone. There’s only 42 chapters out and I couldn’t tell if it was a season 2 ending or story ending so I’m marking it as “reading” instead of “already read”. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would.

There’s 119 chapters out so far and it seems close to the end. Mc1 was reincarnated three times. He used to be Yao Zui who kinda seemed like Bei Xiao (mc2)’s first love. Then he got reincarnated as Yu Yin and met Qin Shuanghan (aka Bei Xiao). They grew up together and Qin Shuanghan fell for Yu Yin. They ended up signing their marriage contract right before Yu Yin died but bc Yu Yin couldn’t remember much about the end of his life we (readers) only found out about that in like chapter 90 or smth. Turns out Qin Shuanghan was actually just a broken off piece of Bei Xiao’s soul that eventually went back to Bei Xiao’s main body after he sacrificed himself so that Yu Yin could reincarnate. Yu Yin got sent to Earth and then the story starts the day Yu Yin gets sent back to his original world. Apparently, the person who transmigrated with him (don’t remember his name) was actually the human form of Yu Yin’s sword and the sword just didn’t remember? I mean, I called it when they finally brought up the sword just like I called it that Yu Yin was actually Yao Zui. Loved Bei Xiao and Yu Yin. Apparently all the craziness after crossing back to his own world was his own fault. He told mc2 to immediately marry him and to even trap him if he didn’t remember anything, which mc2 did. It just didn’t exactly work cuz the sword ripped off the chains and they fled. Yang Jiming is an asshole and so is Ming Ling. I am astounded by how smart Ming Ling was. All the characters were basically his pawns without knowing it. He almost won, too. But things never go exactly according to plan and unforeseen things can happen, hence why he lost and died. Good thing he gave Yu Ge (a phoenix. Ji Feiyang (I think that’s his name) was in love with her. She’s also the daughter of Yu Yin’s master so Yu Yin started calling her his sister after finding out the truth) the chance to reincarnate again. I can’t possibly explain every little thing that happened since there’s 119 chapters out but it’s definitely a good story. I need more BL’s like this ASAP. I hope that the story doesn’t diverge from the main couple and start focusing on Su Yitong and the son (technically brother) of Yang Jiming, but it kinda seemed that way sadly. Their relationship just always seemed off to me because Su Yitong went to the academy with Yang Jiming but fell for someone who was thought to be Yang Jiming’s kid? Kid looked young too (not kid-young, just teenager-young but still). Also, ik that Su Yitong is supposed to be a guy, but I have to constantly remind myself of that because he looks and dresses like a girl and (obviously) has long hair. Also, I totally called it that Yunyun was Yu Ge. This story was interesting as hell even though I couldn’t remember who was who half (most) of the time. It definitely has comedy aspects to it.
