Lexi recommended this to me. Murim and BL? LOVED this omg. Mc1 and mc2 were literally frenemies. They grew up together basically. Mc1 and mc2 end up sleeping together (jacked off twice and fucked once) before the 10 year time skip. Mc2 ends up working for the enemy while thinking mc1 is dead. They then run into each other as opposing enemies, not knowing they were going to fight each other. They end up sleeping together in secret multiple times while also pretending to try and kill each other on the battlefield. We then learn that the leader of the Orthodox murim is mc2's dad who killed mc2's mom and is now trying to kill him, hence why mc2 joined the bad guy's side (to get revenge on his dad if that wasn't obvious). Really enjoyed this. I feel like I need more historical BL now cuz they looked HOT with the long hair and muscles. Read: Friday, March 10th, 2023. Ended on Saturday, September 16th, 2023. Sad af it ended but I could still tell it was coming. At least it got an ending tbh. A lot of stories don't.

The smut was hot as hell. Kline (mc2) mistook Alexander (mc1) as his childhood best friend. Turns out the childhood friend's blood was transferred to Alexander because they were both in a carriage accident together and the king wanted him to live. Shio (Alexander's brother) was an asshole for 98% of the story. Finally, he started to see reason during their battle. Then Alexander got stabbed and Kline got so worked up that he shifted into dragon form for the first time (badass). The king (Alexander and Shio's adoptive father) and Shio finally accepted their relationship and let Alexander go off to live with Kline. Really enjoyed this story but I just felt there was something off about it. Something I can't really put my finger on, but it means it's not a 5 star. There’s 119 chapters out so far and it seems close to the end. Mc1 was reincarnated three times. He used to be Yao Zui who kinda seemed like Bei Xiao (mc2)’s first love. Then he got reincarnated as Yu Yin and met Qin Shuanghan (aka Bei Xiao). They grew up together and Qin Shuanghan fell for Yu Yin. They ended up signing their marriage contract right before Yu Yin died but bc Yu Yin couldn’t remember much about the end of his life we (readers) only found out about that in like chapter 90 or smth. Turns out Qin Shuanghan was actually just a broken off piece of Bei Xiao’s soul that eventually went back to Bei Xiao’s main body after he sacrificed himself so that Yu Yin could reincarnate. Yu Yin got sent to Earth and then the story starts the day Yu Yin gets sent back to his original world. Apparently, the person who transmigrated with him (don’t remember his name) was actually the human form of Yu Yin’s sword and the sword just didn’t remember? I mean, I called it when they finally brought up the sword just like I called it that Yu Yin was actually Yao Zui. Loved Bei Xiao and Yu Yin. Apparently all the craziness after crossing back to his own world was his own fault. He told mc2 to immediately marry him and to even trap him if he didn’t remember anything, which mc2 did. It just didn’t exactly work cuz the sword ripped off the chains and they fled. Yang Jiming is an asshole and so is Ming Ling. I am astounded by how smart Ming Ling was. All the characters were basically his pawns without knowing it. He almost won, too. But things never go exactly according to plan and unforeseen things can happen, hence why he lost and died. Good thing he gave Yu Ge (a phoenix. Ji Feiyang (I think that’s his name) was in love with her. She’s also the daughter of Yu Yin’s master so Yu Yin started calling her his sister after finding out the truth) the chance to reincarnate again. I can’t possibly explain every little thing that happened since there’s 119 chapters out but it’s definitely a good story. I need more BL’s like this ASAP. I hope that the story doesn’t diverge from the main couple and start focusing on Su Yitong and the son (technically brother) of Yang Jiming, but it kinda seemed that way sadly. Their relationship just always seemed off to me because Su Yitong went to the academy with Yang Jiming but fell for someone who was thought to be Yang Jiming’s kid? Kid looked young too (not kid-young, just teenager-young but still). Also, ik that Su Yitong is supposed to be a guy, but I have to constantly remind myself of that because he looks and dresses like a girl and (obviously) has long hair. Also, I totally called it that Yunyun was Yu Ge. This story was interesting as hell even though I couldn’t remember who was who half (most) of the time. It definitely has comedy aspects to it. It’s 4:30 AM and I need sleep so I’m marking it for later. Added: Thursday, June 8th, 2023. Edit: I read this later the same day I marked this. Mc2 is a guardian of the mountain and mc1 is the son of the chief (I think) of the village. In exchange for saving mc1's parents, mc2 tells mc1 to meet him for 100 days. Mc1's brother is apparently possessed by an imoogi who should've died. No wonder I got bad vibes from the brother. He's greedy too. Mc2 is damn attractive and so is mc1. They're both beefy. Really want more chapters.

Look up chapters 42, 49, and 88 on Bilibili. Especially 88 bc I believe panels were missing. This story was amazing, yet confusing at times. The art is beautiful as all hell (even Lexi said the art was good) and realistic too. Only 90 chapters are out so far (but there were a couple repeats so I think there's only 87 or so in actuality. Looking forward to more chapters bc it's a verrryyyy slow burn (it seems like mc2 is the only one interested in him even though there's 90 chapters so far) and they're currently enemies atm.
