Slow burn but it’s such a good slow burn. Godo is an asshole and it seems like he likes Sa Hwa-Hyeon (mc1). Yahyul (mc2) rejected mc1 subtly in the beginning but their friendship still progressed and now it seems like Yahyul likes him too. 20 chapters out when I first started reading this. Mc1 likes mc2’s brother while mc2 likes mc1. There’s a ring that appears on the left ring finger when you have physical contact (handshake, a hug, etc.) with your fated partner. Mc2 is a calculating and smart mf I love him. Mc1 is cute. Kinda feel bad for mc2’s brother cuz he hadn’t even realized mc1 liked him for years until he got jealous of his relationship with mc2 and then he figured out his own feelings too. This is such a good story omg I loved it even if it was kinda painful. Really really really enjoyed this. Now I understand why Lexi rated it a 10/10. Mc1 cums pearls. Mc2 is hot (especially in season 2+). There’s a bastard named Choi Pilwon who forced mc1 to sleep with strangers so he could collect the pearls and watch mc1 have sex with others. Now he’s trying to do whatever he can to get mc1 back and make his and mc2’s lives a living hell. Mc2 used to work at a host bar but now he’s kinda a gangster. Mc1 ended up running away from mc2 for a bit cuz he thought he didn’t belong in Seoul and with mc2. This story has a lot of drama and I didn’t want to keep reading multiple times but I pushed through. There’s 62 official chapters out so far. Pretty sure it updates on Wednesday’s. Just reread this story. Mc2 is the devil/king of hell. Mc1 went into hiding after stealing the devil's name and forming a contract with him. Definitely a slow burn and there was non-con as well. Still enjoyed this story though, surprisingly. There was also a mystery/crime plot added in with three demons being in a contract with the wife of the president. Danny was cute (mc1's boss and friend). D.D. was only in the side stores but he was such a cute teddy bear. An interesting read. Read: Thursday, March 2nd, 2023.
