this hurts. why does everything need to be so good? I’m literally speechless and have cried multiple times because i literally feel the dread and misery hyung feels (I’m currently on chapter 44) and all I can say is. I’m tired. I can feel him saying it. I can see him going insane. I can feel the anguish he feels when he says there’s a line that divides, no, pushes him away. C’est interdit. You are not allowed across. And at times I can’t tell who is who. That scene where he’s fighting himself at the dead place is so compelling. I just want to cry. Hyung looks so tired all the time. I can feel the emptiness the uke feels when he has sex with yura. It hurts. No it doesn’t hurt. It feels like I’ve been gojo blasted and well there’s nothing we can do about it. I’m so invested. Are you okay? Yeah I’m fine. Yet there’s layers and layers of guilt and shame hidden beneath his “yeah”. They don’t scream. They die. Killing himself over and over and over and over again because he wants to be perfect. He has to be? What other choice does it have? How can he keep staying by the uke’s side? What else is there than to keep being perfect. And the slow progression. There’s not really any telling of who’s who, except their shirts, and I used that as an indicator. It hurts

great execution! Although the characters are very established tropes within the community, they’re given the time they need to figure out what their feelings are. The author depicts falling in love for the first time very well - they make mistakes, they stumble, stutter and fall. I would definitely read this again. The way they look at each other makes my heart flutter.

wtf why are the comments criticizing how it ended that ended in such a nice place. obviously I want to see more but do we need to see more?
