Damn, that first chapter. Retribution of consequences… but dang. His roommate threw his innocent younger brother under the bus. He was the reason his brother got stabbed and died. Of course he had a role in it too. But, the fact that the roommate/ex lover of sorts took the money and ran. But didn’t get help or call the police was seriously sad. Edit (7/25/2024): turns out that they were each others first man five years ago. What a way to reunite.

I need to read the main story. But I feel so bad for jiwoo more than minjae so far. But last I read he moved on.

Ed is truly a passive and childish love…. He causes more drama from his end of the relationship and throws tantrums like he can’t believe she rejected him but he was the one who burned her diary and she never said anything of the sort… He is more possessive before she can even tell him How she feels… But alas they are in love… he just being oppressive with his love… She seems easily tricked… But like Lord Francis said she chose that Love herself and they both fell in love with selfish aristocrats… Nellie mother was a true manipulator for everyone… I think that’s what I remember from the novel… I’ll have to reread it… plus it seems that if Ed would only talk to Mellie properly and convey what he means because Mellie thoughts are always racing and with self doubt and doubt about Ed that he never explains until a whole situation is in chaos… Ed sort of reminds me of “The problematic Prince” series… Both these ML irritated the crap out of me … So much plotting against her and she didn’t realize… Ed covered it all up to protect her but he is also … never mind … honestly there was so much drama in a five year marriage that it all seemed suspiciously planned in a way … and hate how the mother in law poisons/gives Mellie contraceptives in a way she can’t get pregnant which is why she lost her baby… Ed selfish love and mostly jealousy will be his undoing a she will realize that it’s his fault Mellie is in despair… Even after them getting married … he completed changed her whole identity and didn’t take her feelings into account… geez this marriage was already headed for a divorce Mellie…. It only lasted five years and now Melllie really needs to live her life and self improvement or some self encouragement… I really need to go back and reread the novel before I ask to much of my expectations from reading…

Chapter 61 Season 2 finally revealed the true “father” tot he doctor … I wasn’t ready for that surprise …. But it left it off in a cliff hanger… I saw it coming… but the doctor was so happy and I wanted him to give the boutique to MJ..

Did it really end like that…. But I guess in a way they stayed as a couple and came out to his sister… or the sister actually saw them getting it on in the open… Clearly the sister was selfish with her own feelings though but I understand that she was tricked by him… I mean why even give the sister a chance and pretend to love her if he already loved the bother… he pretended to date the sister only to admit he was in a relationship with the brother and the sister took it he truth and her selfish feelings of betray out on the brother because she accused him of sleeping with her husband… why marry him and sleep with him then… when he clearly out right admitted to loving the brother and would stop even if he married the sister.. she choose not to believe it.. But I feel bad for the brother because his brother in law lover forced him to admit it to the sister even though he was afraid to lose his sister.. But he would have been better off if he was the one to admit it to the sister is all I’m saying even if she couldn’t accept it.. that ending was sad but at least they still love each other… just wished it didn’t have to end in disaster… I still can’t believe he slept with the sister though… should have just shut it all down and admitted to only loving the brother from the start… seems like both siblings have a type… but this psychological …. Basically the sister is heartbroken but knew it was going to happen because he admitted it but I still hate that because he loved the brother so much that he pretended with the sister because he was jealous of the sister and didn’t want to stay a secret because he loved the brother… I am ranting now … anyways at least they realized they are still in love and can now be together out in the open… but I am not sure how the brother would recover from this… but somehow that ending seemed like he came to terms with it or knew he couldn’t go back because he did love him and his sister already knew/ saw it… Trithfully she tried to blinded by it all but she shouldn’t have denied it… okay and I am ranting again… just assume it’s a happy ending for the couple but maybe traumatized the brother …

Also called “The Rotten” - !! zombie apocalypse, darker side of yaoi and violence and rape… !! - if I remember some parts … the Psycho ML and the Glasses uke might know each other when younger before the outbreak happened to the world… I think the like don’t remember but obsessive ML does… I think it was connected to some experimenting … they are connected in the past somehow I have to reread it to remember… Edit (3/13/2025): chapter 36, it’s finally up to the point where he is starting to remember a little more about his past memories and there seems to be someone who looks like the psycho ML… they really could have known each other and went to the same school??? Before the apocalypse and zombies… nvm I got chapters 35 and 36 mixed up in my head… it was their memories of the past before the chaos… I’ll read more to find out again…but I wonder if he liked uke because he had glasses and he travels with him like the picture book in chapter 35???
