A famous actor and chaebol walks in on his cousin getting a blow job from a guy. But this guy looks familiar, and is actually someone he met a long time ago and still thinks about. After finding out he is an idol in a sponsor relationship with his cousin, he asks if he can have him for a while. As such, they start acting in a new drama together, but Taejhyuk doesn't really act like the sponsor he's supposed to be and keeps getting caught up with the sad downtrodden uke

Got halfway through and it's mostly just sad uke not getting any happier. So I gave up
