A mage has to come back and serve as lord on his family's estate after his parents and brother were killed in a carriage 'accident'. While trying to get the lay of the town he meets a sellsword type who shows him around and has incredible pecs. But his steward hates him and the sellsword is hiding a lot of secrets even if he does consider them lovers....
