Interesting concept, but seems a bit problematic (well as they all are) but mostly just a doctor fetsih? There's terminally ill people (kranke) who medicine can't cure, and doctor's (arzt) who can cure people with a touch. Our uke has an abusive mother on top of being a kranke and he is put in a specialized hospital for his disease where he meets the new arzt, who he slowly opens up to.
