A british guy moves to a port town with a small population in Japan, and becomes coworkers with Arata. He speaks Japanese but he is so chipper and outgoing that Luis throws Arata off. Then it turns out that he was actually Arata's first love (who he thought was a girl) who had come to the town years ago as a tourist

kinda silly

Actually funny, I mean not all the time, but when it is, very funny. Only mild stereotypes about americans with the main character being one and all. The one that hurt the most was them saying California didn't have any good food...
