Guide hiding the fact he's an S-class (and also an A-class esper) is transferred to the capitol and meets the moody S+ esper Tae Hajin who discovers his secret. First 15 or so chapters are about building the relationship of two students, one who is a new transfer student and they other who has been bullied for being a poor orphan who lives with his grandmother from childhood. Uke is a bit mean to his grandma early on, but gets better at least. Second part is when seme is in an accident and loses his parents and his memories. Uke comes by every day even when told not to by a moody and injured seme. Starting to become cute again...
