If the sister never told Ume that boys can't get married (and society being homophobes) would the seme have been going out with women because he thinks that is what men are supposed to do and Ume was his special guy who would never leave him? I also wonder, if he knew about Ume sleeping around with other men earlier would he have snapped out of it? Hell, if in high school, where all the fuckboy shit started, of college if there was another guy pursuing Ume and he knew about it would he have woke up from his airheaded stupidity? Just seems sad that Ume suffered all that time for nothing. All Hara needed to do was get jealous and realize he couldn't have a girl/wife and keep Ume and thus Ume will leave him. And he wants Ume in his life more than anything. So he needs to man up and just be with Ume. Or did the marriage angle have to brought up because that was when he realized he would lose Ume? I still think if Ume told Hara that if Hara was going to sleep around then he would too would've ended the fuckboy stuff early on.
