Toritan
Inusaki is just a self-proclaimed detective who's really working as more of a fix-it who happens to have the ability to talk to birds. One day, he ends up talking to a cool crow he nicknames Kuro, and before he knows it, he's fallen for a crow! When the crow rejects him, his landlady' son, Mitsuru, ends up checking on him, and soon his feelings shift to the cute high schooler Mitsuru who he's sure has a girlfriend already. But Mitsuru has a secret of his own. Cute. No trigger warnings.
Count H
A sequel to Count 0, Agatsuma and Misono are now an established couple. Misono is in college while Agatsuma has recently passed the police exam, but Misono worries that his ability will put too much pressure on him in this situation. Through all this, Agatsuma meets Misono's teacher and finds he's yet another person with a rare ability. I was happy to see more Agatsuma and Misono, but the teacher subplot and the information about abilities didn't really answer any questions so it ended up just kind of being in the way. Trigger warning: violence.
19 Sai no Porno Endeavor
Shinonome Nagi is a college student who secretly loves reading erotic novels, and one day he meets his favorite erotic novelist, Shidou Tatsuo! When Shindou teases him saying Nagi is a kid who would come from a kiss, Nagi refuses, so Shidou ends up making good on the offer. After that, Shidou suggests Nagi keep coming around to help give him inspiration for his newest novel, and Nagi agrees. Trigger warnings: dubcon, train groper, somnophilia.
Kuroneko wa Shippo de Amaeru
Author Sakaguchi comes home one day to find his high school aged neighbor, Kazuya, holding a kitten he can't take in, so Sakaguchi agrees to care for the pet. Kazuya comes to see the kitten every day, but when Sakaguchi says he doesn't have to come anymore, Kazuya admits it was Sakaguchi he loved all along. Thus begins their relationship. Not the most compelling or healthy setup, but if age gap is your thing, it's fine. Trigger warning: noncon.
Toumei ni Kuchizuke
Souta is an ordinary university student, until he realizes he can see the ghost Nishino in his house. Nishino doesn't remember how he died, but he says Souta's house is interesting and begins coming onto Souta pretty hard. At first Souta is uncomfortable, but the two open up to each other and Souta begins to deal with his trauma while Nishino confronts how he ended up as a ghost. I honestly didn't like Nishino, so this one wasn't as compelling to me, but I will admit that as a ghost who inherently will face no consequences for anything, Nishino's pushiness made sense. Trigger warnings: attempted rape of a minor, noncon, train groper.
