Yandere Hitotsu Yane no Shita

But Yano fails to realize that Michiya is in love with him and a little yandere about expressing it. Trigger warnings: bondage, forced confinement, rape, stalking. Ch.3-4 - It's Not my Fault my Boss Became a Bitch - Hakamada is a hotel worker who's nervous about getting transferred back to the hotel he started at because he'll be reunited with Naruko, a fellow employee who started at the same time as him and has since risen in the ranks. Trigger warning: sex work.
Motoare Security
Rikuya is a manly and strong bodyguard who's trying to forget his high school days, when he was so obsessed with sex with his boyfriend, Miharu, he felt like he had to break up with him. But when Miharu, now an acclaimed author, approaches Rikuya for help with a stalker, Rikuya finds himself hounded on every side by Miharu's attempts to get back together, even as he tries to stay strong, as much for the sake of Miharu and his writing as his own. Honestly, I think it's an interesting premise to have someone hire their ex as a bodyguard to help with a stalker, but the execution is rough when Miharu is such a pushy rapist. It's an okay read with decent smut, but not special. Trigger warnings: drug, rape, stalker.
Mujintou Ni Motte Iku Nara
Ch.1-4 - If You Took Me to a Deserted Island - When Akagi was in high school, he had a crush on his classmate Ichimori that caused him to overreact and shove Ichimori away, leading to an injury that put an end to his judo career. Now that Akagi is an established working man, Ichimori has turned up again asking for a place to stay, and yet again, Akagi feels he can't deny him. But what will he do about all the feelings that keep threatening to return? Trigger warnings: gore, coercion. Ch.5-6 - My Master is a Spoiled Child - Akiho is the secretary of elite company president, Hisakuni, a job anyone would envy. But the truth is, Hisakuni is a spoiled brat who's made Akiho do everything for him since they were kids. But when Akiho gets injured and it becomes Hisakuni's turn to take care of him, Hisakuni is eager to use the opportunity to get even closer. No trigger warnings.
Kyokutou no Hanamuko
Ch.1-2 - The Far Eastern Bridegroom - Kichiya is a gay prostitute until Asura, king of a fictional desert country, buys him. Though they have trouble communicating at first, Asura showers Kichiya with love until he understands that maybe he can actually be happy with Asura. They should have done something with the typesetting to distinguish between the language being spoken. Trigger warnings: sex work, attempted rape, lying/manipulation. Ch.3 - The Flower of War - Julius and Leon were childhood friends who were torn apart by war only to be reunited on opposite sides when Leon was taken as a prisoner of war and Julius was the one to interrogate him. Julius rapes Leon night after night without questioning him, leaving Leon hurt and confused, but Julius has more up his sleeve than Leon realizes.. Trigger warnings: wartime violence, torture, rape. Ch.4 - The Moral Code of Love - When Jin was taken in by the yakuza boss after the death of his parents, the boss's son Masamune immediately wanted him, but his dad said he wasn't ready for that, and he could have Jin when he was strong enough to take over the clan. Now, Jin is assigned to work with Masamune for the first time, but Masamune realizes Jin and his father may still be hiding things from him. Trigger warning: violence. Ch.5 - My Hero - When Asami is nearly raped by some bullies (adult bullies?), he's saved by tough guy Shuuhei and vows to get stronger, asking Shuuhei to teach him to fight. The two get closer as Asami starts training to increase his stamina, but when Asami sees that Shuuhei is actually a member of the yakuza, Shuuhei tries to put an end to things. But Asami isn't ready to let go. Trigger warnings: bullying, attempted rape, violence. Ch.6 - Cosplay Game - Makoto and Keiji are an established couple, but when Keiji suddenly asks about cosplay, Makoto worries his lover is bored with their sex life and tries to spice things up. No trigger warnings.
Hello Morning Star
Atsuto and Yuki are idols in different groups who trained together and were even lovers before their debuts, but since then they've drifted apart. Now, they're told to live together for the sake of an upcoming drama they're starring in together, and though Yuki tries to remain cold and aloof, old feelings start resurfacing, leading them to confront why they parted in the first place. Cute story, but I stopped reading once they got back together since I felt like it wrapped up well there. No trigger warnings(to ch. 5)
Yagi the Bookshop Goat
Yagi is just a goatman who has always dreamed of working in a bookshop in a world where goats are known for eating books. He finally managed to get a job in a bookshop in the carnivore zone, but his boss, Ookami, is always yelling at him for eating the books! But really, Ookami has been looking out for Yagi all along. So when an unfortunate incident ends with Yagi getting accidentally injured by a patron, Ookami immediately fires him, and Yagi finally realizes he doesn't just want to work at any bookstore, he wants to work with Ookami. One of my favorite stories with really adorable characters who are fun to see. I don't mind explicit stuff, but I do think this story might have actually worked better as a shounen ai, but that's just me. Still, really cute and worth a read. No trigger warnings.
Crack Star
Shino is a regular salaryman until his high school friend Mio asks to crash with him. Shino is a little surprised at how naturally the two of them fall back into their old friendship, but he hears rumors that Mio has changed and the reason he needs a place to crash is because he cheated on his fiance with a man. Shino doesn't let it get to him and gets Mio a job, but when he starts to see Mio getting a little too close to one of their superiors, Shino realizes he can't let Mio go. I felt like the emotions of their friendship were depicted well. Otherwise, the story didn't stand out to me but it was good enough for a read. Trigger warnings: coercion, voyuerism.
Hentai Yakuza to Abunai Aijin Keiyaku
Iroha and her brother are deep in debt left behind by their deadbeat dad, so she finally decides to do paid dating and ends up with Renya, who seems like the perfect guy! But after their first date and night together, Renya reveals he's a part of the yakuza who she owes her debt to and forcibly makes her live with him as his woman. But despite all that, Renya is protective of Iroha due to a past together that she can't remember. Don't know why they had to make Renya a nice guy, then a rapist, then a nice guy again, but I would have preferred it without the rapey middle part. ️Trigger warnings: lying/manipulation, coercion, dubcon, threat of sex trafficking.
Gokutora no Honey Bunny
Ao is a rabbit beastman who picked up a lonely looking tiger child, Asuka, while in middle school and ended up basically adopting Asuka and his mother into his family. But Asuka and his mother were on the run after the murder of his yakuza father, and when things settled down, they returned to their hometown, and Ao left the cute tiger boy with a promise they would one day be family. Years later, a fully grown up Asuka has returned to make good on that promise, though Ao thought it was about brotherhood, Asuka wants it to be about marriage. But Asuka's yakuza lifestyle may not mesh easily with Ao and his happy family restaurant, and he worries that Asuka will resort to violence. The story was fine, and I liked Ao's lop-eared bunny character design. Trigger warning: violence.
