Tsuyokina Koneko no ran Shikata
Yukimura's always taken care of his sick younger brother on his own, and it's finally pushed him to sell his body. But just when he thinks he can't go through with it, he's saved by the worst possible person, his former high school teacher, Kurosu, who already saw him getting assaulted once in high school and mistook it for paid sex. But when Yukimura tries to chase him off by asking if he'll be his partner, Kurosu takes him up on that and drags him to his house where they have their first night. After that, Kurosu offers to take Yukimura in as a live-in housekeeper and pay him for sex, provided he not offer his services to anyone else. Yukimura needs the money so he goes for it, but just as he starts to settle into their life together, Kurosu asks him when he's going to leave, and Yukimura realizes that Kurosu may already have someone else. Honestly, the misunderstandings in this plot are stupid, but Yukimura is a really strong and interesting character, even if I can't personally respect the teacher. Trigger warnings: attempted assault, sex work, bondage, rape.
Keiichi Sagami Is an Impostor -Sleeping with the Childhood Friend I Despise-
Akira has been avoiding her childhood friend, Megumi for ten years only to run into him at a mixer, except he says his name is Sagami Keiichi now. And he's acting different too, maybe it really is someone else? He's into her, and she's willing to go for it, but all that baggage has to come out eventually. The story is pretty good until she figures out who he is and comes to the bonkers conclusion that he'll break up with her if he knows she knows. Plus he basically assaulted her, but her problem isn't that, it's just that she was so sure he'd never fall for her that she couldn't stand to be around him. Stupid. Oh and the real Keiichi deserved some sort of closure. It wasn't great but I've read worse. Trigger warnings: lying, sexual assault/noncon.
Kono Ore Ga Omae Nanka Suki Na Wakenai
Complex Jijou
Yutaro lost his job and home due to his scary face, and he's on his way to get a new job through a friend. But the person he meets instead is Mizushima, a man who looks even scarier than Yutaro, who takes him to a hotel and proceeds to have sex, which Yutaro goes along with thinking Mizushima is a yakuza member. Turns out, Mizushima was there for a hookup with a surprisingly similar name, and he's just a flower shop owner. Still, Yutaro can't get Mizushima out of his head, so he tracks down his flower shop and ends up getting a job there and living there as well. This situation is all kinds of awkward, and it doesn't help that Yutaro is still totally horny for Mizushima after their first time. The story is interesting, but I don't like Yutaro as the male lead that much. Trigger warning: dubcon
Purrfect Pair
Veterinarian Keito Shinoda comes home one night to find his host neighbor, Mahiru Hinohara, drunk on his doorstep. With no other option, he brings Mahiru inside, but then he wakes in the middle of the night to the drunken Mahiro sucking him off. The two end up having sex with Mahiru saying "I love you," making Keito think he's mistaken him for someone else. But now Keito is interested, and meanwhile, Mahiru has actually had a one-sided crush on Keito for a long time. Honestly, this one was fine until they reached the point where Mahiru refused Keito without giving ANY explanation. It just made the whole complicated misunderstanding seem weird and forced. Trigger warnings: dubcon(drunk), dubcon(sleeping), slut shaming.
Love-droid
Toshiaki wants to make an advanced android, so his professor sends over his latest model, Kiichi. Kiichi seems perfect and takes great care of Toshiaki, and Toshiaki eventually falls in love when it's time for Kiichi to go back. But when he begs his professor to give Kiichi to him, Toshiaki learns Kiichi was never an android at all. Trigger warning: noncon.
Between Love, Hate and Affection
Risbel lost his spot as the top student in the knight's college to his junior, Kendon, and he wants revenge, so he summons a demon to do it. Turns out, being a half-demon himself, Risbel actually knows the demon he summons, incubus Rovernia, who agrees to appear in Kendon's dreams to torment him in exchange for Risbel's energy (through sex). But as Rovernia helps Risbel carry out his revenge, we slowly learn that things weren't always so negative between Risbel and Kendall, and they're both still carrying the weight of their feelings and misunderstandings. Mostly smut, but the story was interesting and could have been even better if given more time. Trigger warnings: dubcon, revenge.
Be My Love, My Lord
Ch 1-4 - In a world with beastmen, owning a beastman is just another status symbol, so Reiji is given a beastamn, Tsubaki when he was in 4th grade. He declares he'll raise Tsubaki right and teaches him everything he needs to know, while over time they grow very close. Now, about to be married off on his father's wishes, Reiji kisses Tsubaki and causes him to go into heat, leading them to spend the night together. But after that, the real differences between how humans and beastmen see relationships come into play. Trigger warning: power dynamic (master/servant) Ch.5 - Mahiro & Souya have been dating for a while but Mahiro refuses to go all the way. Souya is annoyed, and after pushing him, it turns out it's because Souya hates how everyone loves him for his pretty face, and Mahiro is ashamed because Souya's moods and expressions that show on his face are what he loves about Souya, too. Silly love, no trigger warnings.
