Bad Trip
Kousuke is a male prostitute who's also part of the yakuza, and he recently woke up with no memory of the crazy night he supposedly spent with his customer Inami. Kousuke begins to hear about a new drug called Pierce being distributed in his gang's territory and wonders if Inami drugged him that first night, even as they continue to meet. But it turns out that Inami is really a detective investigating Pierce, and he wants Kousuke to be his informant. Pretty good slow burn on the relationship, but the final chapter was confusing and didn't wrap things up particularly well. Still a good read. Trigger warnings: sex work, drugs.
Ore wo Mamoru to Chikatteyo
Shiina Canan is a teen idol who helped out a homeless man, Mouze Masaomi, and offered to make him his bodyguard and sex friend, which Mouze agrees to. Mouze quickly becomes a huge part of Shiina's life, but his past with the yakuza threatens to come back to cause problems. Trigger warning: kidnapping.
Kawaii Obaka to Iiyakuza

The Omega Takes a Husband
Yoshiharu is the number two in a yakuza gang and he should inherit it from his grandmother. The only problem is, Yoshiharu is an omega, and the yakuza world is still very alpha supremacist. Worried about her grandson facing all this alone, his grandmother forces Yoshiharu to attend wedding interviews that all go terribly, until one guy drugs him. Yoshiharu is out of it, but he swears he smells the pheromones of his fated pair, but the only person there, his faithful retainer Makoto, says there was no one. Then, only days later, Yoshiharu smells it again and realizes Makoto isn't the beta he thought he was, and is actually his fated pair. But while Yoshiharu is ready to go all in on Makoto despite his general hatred of alphas, Makoto struggles to believe in Yoshiharu's feelings or that he could ever be good enough. I liked that Yoshiharu's character was strong and not a pushover, even though he was an omega, though he was rescued once. ️Trigger warnings: drug (heat), attempted rape.
Gunshot and Panting - Let Me Hear Them Every Time I Shoot
Himeno is just a shy university student until one day a yakuza young boss, Kenyuu, confesses to her. She suggests they become friends, and after he saves her from a really bad scene, she starts to develop feelings for him. Not a strong FL. ️Trigger warnings: drug(date rape), attempted rape.
Discipline Me. Melt Me. Expose Me. Love Me.
Sumio(sub) is a doctor recently returned to his hometown, and he's in need of a sub who will "dominate him to his very bones." While outside a sub club, he runs into his high school kouhai and yakuza boss Itsumi(dom), who offers to be his new dom. Sumio insists that he doesn't want to be spoiled, kissed, or caressed at all, but Itsumi notices that what he says and how his body react don't seem to line up. A really interesting story about a doctor who can't accept his own desires, though it didn't have the strongest ending. I still really liked the characters though. Trigger warnings: attempted rape, attempted cheating
Gokutora no Honey Bunny
Ao is a rabbit beastman who picked up a lonely looking tiger child, Asuka, while in middle school and ended up basically adopting Asuka and his mother into his family. But Asuka and his mother were on the run after the murder of his yakuza father, and when things settled down, they returned to their hometown, and Ao left the cute tiger boy with a promise they would one day be family. Years later, a fully grown up Asuka has returned to make good on that promise, though Ao thought it was about brotherhood, Asuka wants it to be about marriage. But Asuka's yakuza lifestyle may not mesh easily with Ao and his happy family restaurant, and he worries that Asuka will resort to violence. The story was fine, and I liked Ao's lop-eared bunny character design. Trigger warning: violence.
Hajime no Koi (NISHIMOTO Rou)
Mamiya is a former yakuza who was disillusioned after his boss died for his love, and now he wants to start a new life. He ends up meeting university student Kousaka, who looks so in love with his lover, it makes Mamiya want to learn more about this love. When he finds Kousaka selling himself on a gay prostitution site, he orders him then says he'll pay for all Kousaka's shifts so he doesn't have to sell himself, and the two end up getting closer. Very cute story about a former yakuza learning to love. Trigger warnings: sex work, cheating, kidnapping.
Usagi Otoko Tora Otoko
Uzuki is a regular doctor who doesn't want trouble, but when a stray cat leads him to a yakuza bleeding out in an alleyway, he can't ignore it. The next day, the yakuza, Nonami, winds up at Uzuki's hospital looking for his savior, whom he thinks is a woman named Suzuki. But the more time Nonami spends with Uzuki, the more he realizes who he's really reacting to. Interesting and funny dynamic, worth a read. Trigger warnings: violence, attempted rape.
