In high school, Katsumi harshly rejected his best friend Maki’s confession. Maki can’t help but intervene and tries to help Katsumi forgive himself. I love the aspect of the one who was rejected not having trauma, but gently seeking to heal his friend. Though it’s sad, it’s still a sweet and gentle love. Side story about a city boy who moves to the country and the neighbor boy who takes care of him finding love.

Masumi steps in to help Tobita with an agressive ex and ends up finding out about his S&M fetish and becoming Tobita's sex friend while taking the sadist role. Although Masumi isn't too into it, he likes seeing how much Tobita likes it, but as they get closer, he starts to lose control of his feelings and himself. I was on board until Masumi started to get a little too violent with Tobita, then it really turned me off of this. Trigger warnings: S&M, bondage, violence, verbal abuse.
