A Flower that Blooms in Shadow
Shion is a male prostitute who fell in love with the master who provided everything he needed for his trade, but when he suddenly sprouted two bumps on his head, his master never came to see him, and eventually he was taken in by the medicine maker, Noshi. While Shion is bitter toward the master he sees as abandoning him, Noshi knows that his master sent Shion here to take care of him, since his master was ill, yet every time Shion thinks of his master, the bumps seem to grow further into horns. Meanwhile, the two are in a physical relationship, and Noshi is beginning to want more and to free Shion from the hold that his master still has on his feelings. This was apparently based on Japanese folklore, and I like the premise, but the way the horns were drawn was a bit odd and inconsistent, and the ending felt unsatisfying. Still worth a read. Trigger warnings: sex work, human trafficking, child grooming.
Lovingly Sweet Days with An Evil Commander
Masakiyo is the hero Skull Black who spends his day being treated no better than a corporate slave while fighting evil. Meanwhile, he goes home to his enemy from work, Baphomet, who likes to teleport into Masakiyo's house and make food for him. Masakiyo is bewildered by Baphomet's intentions, but when Baphomet finally gets his love across properly, Masakiyo is surprisingly willing to give him a chance. A cute and sweet comedy. No trigger warnings.
Shinobu Kokoro wa
(Ch.1-2) Subaru is a lower ranking ninja who hasn't been cleared for missions, but it's finally time, and he's been given the mission to seduce a target, with his training coming directly from the boss Yuuzuki. But as he and the boss train in the art of love, Subaru realizes that he doesn't want to do these things with any other man. The second chapter has them trying cosplay sex. Trigger warning: feels like statutory rape. (Ch.3-4) Asagi and Hiiragi are ninja partners on a mission, but while Asagi is loyal to the mission, Hiiragi insists he's loyal to Asagi. When Hiiragi is injured during the mission, Asagi realizes his real feelings run deeper, and the two cross the line. No trigger warnings (Ch.5-6) Futaba was hiking in the snow and slipped, and next thing he knows, he woke up in bed naked with a "snow man." The snow spirit Miyuki saved Futaba's life by sleeping with him, transforming him into a snow spirit that can no longer feel cold, and at first Futaba is troubled by both the fact that Miyuki slept with him and his new life, but he starts to think it might not be so bad to stay beside Miyuki. The next chapter shows their "long distance" relationship struggles during the summer months. Trigger warning: rape/somnophilia (not shown).
My Childhood Friend Was a God
In Tarou's village, once every 50 years a god is born as a human and grows up among them for 18 years. This time, that god is his childhood friend Tomoya, and while everyone else treats him with reverence and fear, Tarou sees Tomoya as simply his friend. But the day when Tomoya will have to leave is fast approaching, and Tarou isn't sure how he'll be able to on once his childhood friend is gone or how to express his feelings before Tomoya leaves. Very bittersweet and well done. No trigger warnings.
Hybrid Child
Stories about hybrid children, like dolls that come to life according to their master's affection. Extra: Backstory for Kuroda, Seya, and Tsukishima as childhood friends, continued in Ch.3a-3b. Ch.1 - Young Kotaro picked up hybrid child Hazuki from the garbage and raised him lovingly, only to have Hazuki grow up to be a total nag. But when Hazuki's lifespan seems to be running out, Kotaro is desperate to keep him around a little longer. Ch.2 - Yuzu is a hybrid child living with retired swordsman Seya, but he's distressed by his lack of growth. When Seya's war torn pass comes back to hurt him again, Yuzu realizes that by shielding him from the painful and sad parts of the world, Seya has also kept him from growing, and he asks Seya to open up. Ch.3a - The story of Kuroda, the man who invented hybrid children, as a young man who went to war and lost his childhood friend and love. (This is the only chapter with anything explicit) Trigger warnings: war, suicide. Ch.3b - Kuroda's story continued, several years later when his first hybrid child learns to speak and reminds him of the one he'd modeled them after all along.
Onihebi Kyuai Monogatari

The two begin fighting over him, and although Chiaki is surprised, he ends up enjoying the new lively atmosphere so much, he can't begin to choose between them. This one is more smut than story. ️Trigger warning: noncon, attempted rape.
Unmei-teki Lovemeter
Shizuki is a former idol with the special ability to see people's emotions toward him as balloons over their heads. He dropped out of acting because he couldn't handle the two-faced nature of the people around him, but he still has his fans, and one day while running from them, he ducks into the hiding place of rumored bad-boy Shinozuka. And yet this supposed bad boy has the biggest, most affectionate balloon he's ever seen. Shizuki is a little unsure about Shinozuka, but he finds it comfortable to talk to him and he doesn't believe the rumors, so the two begin to get closer. But why does Shinozuka like him so much, and is it as a fan or romatic? And how does Shizuki feel? Cute characters, worth a read. Trigger warning: mention of suicide.
Wild Fish
When Ayase almost drowned at sea, the merman Kagetsu saw him and fell in love at first sight, so he decided to come ashore as a rich businessman and get involved with Ayase's company. Ayase wants nothing to do with this strange world of mermen, but his body demands otherwise, and soon they find themselves living together and getting into all sorts of trouble. Not actually finished (and unlikely to update anytime soon). Trigger warning: dubcon(heat).
Oni to Tengu no Koiwazurai
Kurama is a goblin who has spent hundreds of years protecting the mountain, and when a group of demons moves in and causes a mess, he goes to confront them only to fall for their leader, Hijiri, at first sight. The goblins turn out to be kind neighbors, but Kurama's heart is broken when he sees Hijiri having sex with one of his men. But when he finds out they're just friends with benefits, Kurama thinks he may have a chance, after all! Not as much depth to this story as I hoped, but it's still a fun, quick read. No trigger warnings.
