But when she finally asks him, his unexpected response is that he wants her to "treat him like family," but not in the general sense. Specifically, like she treats her family, the rougher the better. Rui finds him and gets super turned on, so they go at it, which is how they find out that sleeping with men can turn Shion back, but only until the next time he orgasms, setting them off on a journey to find a more permanent cure.

Nijiko is an out of luck writer who passed out on the street one day from lack of food, and she was picked up by Sogo, a high spec man who had just put his life together after a bad breakup. At first, Nijiko thinks of herself as something like Sogo's pet, but when she says she should probably leave before she relies on him too much, he declares that she could stay if she was his lover and things get physical. I like Nijiko as a non-traditional female lead, even if the story is fairly standard. No trigger warnings.

Saki is sacrificed to the local god, Gaira, but he doesn't want to kill her so the two end up living together. The only hitch is that she has to provide him with energy through sex. The story wasn't very memorable, mostly an excuse for smut. Trigger warnings: human sacrifice, rape, violence.

Mai and Yuta have always just been gaming friends, so when his parents are trying to force him to get married, Mai offers to pretend to be his girlfriend to get them off his back. But when a stupid bet pushes them to get involved sexually, there seems to be no going back. Trigger warning: sexual harassment.

Himari is a beta who can't help but be a little jealous of omegas since all her relationships end since she doesn't enjoy sex. Kou is a doctor Himari hates for trying to buy the land out from under her parents' restaurant. At Himari's next phyiscal though, Kou triggers Himari's heat, and the two find out they are alpha and omega andthey somehow got bonded without either of them ever realizing it. A lot of forced and unbelievable things just to make the plot go forward. ️Trigger warning: dubcon(heat)

Yoh was working at an abusive company and about to end his life when he was invited to a play by one of the actors, Yuki, and Yuki's performance moved him so much he decided to stan Yuki and make him his god and his reason for living. Yoh's whole life has turned around, and now he just wants to thank Yuki for everything, but he gets overwhelmed when he sees him in person, so during a special event for fans, he blurts out something totally inappropriate, leading to the actor agreeing to sleep with him. Yoh is horrified that he could put his hands on his god, but Yuki had a good time and tracks Yoh down, becoming a freeloader at his place. I think a lot of people disliked this because the characters very deliberately choose not to grow, which is not what you usually expect, but in a way that made it interesting. Yuki is a bad person, but not a badly written character, and Yoh has real issues that many can relate too. It's not my favorite, but not a bad read. Trigger warnings: attempted suicide, suicidal ideation, somnophilia, enabling.

After being kicked out by her cheating husband and cruel mother-in-law, Adeline heads back to her home village to learn that her parents have died and the village needs to offer a sacrifice to the dragon god. With nowhere else to go, Adeline offers herself, expecting to die. To her surprise, the dragon god comes for her and says they will be married if they can live together this whole month without ever once lying to each other. Trigger warning: cheating.
