Minami(omega) is a total fanboy for his favorite omega online vlogger, Mai, so he can't believe his luck when he wins a lottery chance to meet with Mai. But Mai always reminded Minami of his first love Sanei(alpha) who suddenly disappeared from Minami's life and who he later heard died, and when Minami meets Mai in person, the similarities are even more shocking. But Mai insists he's not Sanei and seduces Minami, then ends up working his way into Minami's life until Minami no longer cares if Mai is Sanei or not, as long as they can be together. But Mai/Sanei has a dark past that involves Minami, and Minami is about to find out the truth behind Sanei's disappearance and death. Honestly, I've read this at least 3 times and am still only about 70% sure I understand what's going on. Still, despite the complicated and dark parts, it's a very interesting story with a non-traditional alpha x omega relationship, so I enjoyed reading it, but do be mindful of the trigger warnings as it is not for everyone. Akihiro(omega) and Reiya(alpha) are fiances that were set up by their parents, but despite some initial discomfort at their relationship, the two have since fallen totally in love. This is a very sweet and fluffy omegaverse story that simply shows a young couple that really loves each other and wants to have sex despite the obstacle of still being in high school. A refreshing take on omegaverse with no rape or heartbreak. No trigger warnings.

Kei(omega) knew from the moment he met his new stepbrother Kouki(alpha) that they were fated mates. Kei tried to hide it for years, even telling Kouki he was a beta, but when his meds stop working while his parents are away, the two wind up getting swept up in a passion that leaves them unable to let go of each other. The story for this one is fine, neither of the leads are standout, but the mom is insane. They act like she's redeemed at the end for suddenly deciding she does actually care about Kei when she's completely neglected him and actively verbally abused him this entire time. They really needed to spend more time on her character if they wanted to go for the happy family ending. Trigger warning: incest themes (stepbrothers), child abuse.

Harumi is a competent CEO and alpha, and Kazuma is his omega employee who cannot walk across a flat surface without tripping and landing right onto his boss due to his clumsiness. When Kazuma goes into heat, Harumi thinks he's done it on purpose to seduce him and goes along with it, but it turns out it was yet another accident. Still, that's enough for Harumi to realize his feelings, and he's no longer going to let Kazuma go, even if Kazuma's worried that their social spheres are worlds apart. Very much a comedy smut without much substance, but it's fine. Trigger warnings: dubcon(heat), attempted rape, noncon.

Mitsuki is the number one idol, but he's hiding his omega gender. Mahiro is the overly friendly number two idol, but when circumstances force them to perform together, it ends with Mitsuki going into heat. Mahiro sleeps with him and offers to bite his neck, pairing with Mitsuki so others won't notice his pheromones in the future, and Mitsuki agrees. Now the two are put into a unit together while also getting used to their basically contractual pairing. But Mahiro's feelings for Mitsuki go much deeper, and the more time they spend together, the more Mitsuki starts to come around. Continues into their relationship. Trigger warning: forced outing.

Leo is an alpha and a second-generation actor who's working his butt off to be taken seriously, which is why it drives him crazy to see Eito, another alpha second-generation actor, who always seems to be messing around. But when the two get cast as leads in an alpha x omega romance movie, Leo is shocked by Eito's talent. Then, when they're made to spend the night together to increase their chemistry on set, Eito reveals he's really an omega and the two begin a physical relationship that can't seem to be stopped. I like both the main couple and their friends and I think this one has really well done characters, which can be hard in so few chapters. Trigger warning: forced outing.

Alpha assaults an omega, offers to marry him but not mate after.

Airi Yamashita(beta→omega) is a driven career woman who just lost out on a promotion to the handsome Ren Kugayama who entered the company at the same time as her. But when they go out for an office drinking party, Airi totally loses control of herself and sleeps with Ren. The next morning, he tells her it's because of her omega pheromones, and sure enough, the doctor confirms that her gender has changed. Ren then offers to help her deal with her heats, but what he doesn't tell Airi is that she's his fated pair and he's noticed her pheromones for a long time. Trigger warnings: drunk sex, drug(roofie), attempted rape.

Ruado took him in without really understanding why he did it, and since he's raised Kai lovingly, trying to let Kai pursue everything he wants without being held back by his omega gender. But now that Kai is an adult, he should have reached his first heat, but it still hasn't happened. What Kai doesn't realize is that Ruado hasn't told him everything about his omega gender and what that will mean for the two of them. Trigger warning: child grooming.

When Sachio goes into heat due to a drug, Ukano offers to help him get over it faster by having sex, so the two begin a physical relationship, but Sachio finds it hard to trust anything the seemingly carefree fox says, especially when Ukano might just be trying to eat him, after all.
