Doppo and Hifumi were high school sweethearts, but Doppo swiftly broke it off when they learned they were both omegas. Years later, Doppo is a salaryman and Hifumi is a host, and they're still friends, but that gets complicated when they experience each others' heats for the first time. An interesting read even for someone outside of this fandom, and one of the only omega x omega setups I've read. Trigger warning: mention of sexual harassment.

Riyuu is an omega working nonstop to take care of his five siblings after his parents' death who looks at a strange website by chance that claims he'll meet his fated pair after a series of coincidences. He brushes it off, but the next day it happens and he meets Jou, who immediately takes him to a hotel and tries to pair with him only to find he's just too big to go all the way! But upon closer reading of the website, Riyuu learns that if they don't pair within a month, fate will just kill them, so they've got to figure out what underlying traumas are holding them back from really connecting and make it work. Trigger warning: passive suicidal thoughts.

Sakutarou is an omega high school counselor who has always admired beastmen, but when he grew up that turned into a sexual preference. Unfortunately, there aren't many opportunities for the two races to intermingle, and that's even more true for a male omega, so he's basically given up. But one day he goes into heat on the street and meets his fated pair, a wolf beastman named Yamato who also happens to work at his sister school, bringing the two into close contact. Yamato suggests the two try dating and see if they want to become a pair, and Sakutarou ends up having the relationship of his dreams, if he can just stop overthinking it. Cute story, good consent and communication. Trigger warnings: furry, dubcon(heat), attempted rape.

Beta butler to a promiscuous alpha

Aoi is a beta who always both admired and envied his older friend Shiki(alpha), who has now become his boss and his sex friend. But when Aoi's body begins to change to that of an omega as a result of repeated contact with an alpha, Shiki is the one to take him home and take care of him, keeping him there until his pheromones stabilize. However, Shiki has been in love with Aoi all along, and he recognizes that their current sex friends relationship has to come to an end before anything real can start. Trigger warning: forced confinement.

Baldo is a young beastman prince who was raised to be a king, but one day as a child, he saw that his father brought home an albino omega whom he was warned to stay away from. As an adult, he finds the omega in an isolated cabin in the woods and learns his name is Maya, and though he can't say many words, he's very sweet and lively. The two develop a relationship, and after Baldo accidentally rapes Maya due to his heat, he brings Maya to the castle where they then happily continue their relationship, until Baldo is married and Maya starts to struggle with feelings of jealousy. But when Baldo is told that Maya will be sacrificed at the next festival to ensure he has children with his wife, he has to decide what's really important to him. Now includes a second half about Baldo and Maya's life after, but honestly, I liked the ambiguous end better as the later ending feels unrealistic to me. Still cute though. Trigger warnings: slavery, rape, feels like statutory rape, attempted rape, attempted human sacrifice.

Attack on Titan doujinshi set in the omegaverse in which Levi(omega) is an adult man who runs into Eren(alpha) and immediately knows Eren's his fated pair, despite the fact that Eren is still a child. Eren is drawn to Levi and hangs around him a lot while Levi pushes himself to hide his instinctual attraction until one day a chance meeting with Eren sends him into heat and he gets attacked by an alpha, and when Eren comes to help and gets put in danger, Levi starts to let slip his dark, underlying feelings. I think it's an interesting and well written story with no actual sexual interactions between an adult and a child, but I do get that showing attraction to a child is very uncomfortable for many, so this story is not for everyone. Trigger warnings: shotacon, attempted rape.

Minami(omega) is a total fanboy for his favorite omega online vlogger, Mai, so he can't believe his luck when he wins a lottery chance to meet with Mai. But Mai always reminded Minami of his first love Sanei(alpha) who suddenly disappeared from Minami's life and who he later heard died, and when Minami meets Mai in person, the similarities are even more shocking. But Mai insists he's not Sanei and seduces Minami, then ends up working his way into Minami's life until Minami no longer cares if Mai is Sanei or not, as long as they can be together. But Mai/Sanei has a dark past that involves Minami, and Minami is about to find out the truth behind Sanei's disappearance and death. Honestly, I've read this at least 3 times and am still only about 70% sure I understand what's going on. Still, despite the complicated and dark parts, it's a very interesting story with a non-traditional alpha x omega relationship, so I enjoyed reading it, but do be mindful of the trigger warnings as it is not for everyone. Trigger warnings: statutory rape, rape, child grooming, sex slavery, child abuse, murder, threat of suicide.

Akihiro(omega) and Reiya(alpha) are fiances that were set up by their parents, but despite some initial discomfort at their relationship, the two have since fallen totally in love. This is a very sweet and fluffy omegaverse story that simply shows a young couple that really loves each other and wants to have sex despite the obstacle of still being in high school. A refreshing take on omegaverse with no rape or heartbreak. No trigger warnings.
