Theo is a beta who needs a job, and the perfect opportunity seems to fall into his lap when a rich man offers to pay him to live with Oliver, an omega who has lost his mate and lives in perpetual heat. Theo is at first a little put off by Oliver's bluntness, but he can't help but sympathize with Oliver's struggles, as well as feel attracted to him. Meanwhile, Oliver has been living an isolated life for a year now, but he finds himself quickly warming up to the companionship Theo offers. But what will happen to the budding couple when Oliver's mate suddenly returns? This is a really interesting story where I feel like they use the omegaverse setting to do something new and ask interesting questions about this world. Tsukioka is a teacher at an all-alpha school run by his father, but unfortunately, he was born an omega. He's hidden it well, but one day he can't suppress his heat and runs to the roof where he's found by well-known delinquent student Shizaki. Shizaki then starts blackmailing Tsukioka to have sex with him, while Tsukioka tries to use the situation to motivate Shizaki to come to class, thus bolstering his career. But just when the two of them start to develop a real relationship, Shizaki gets into some trouble with the law while defending Tsukioka from rape and Tsukioka has to decide if he's going to save him and let the world know he's an omega. The story itself isn't great, but the characters are cute if you don't think about it too deeply. Trigger warnings: blackmail, rape.

Rintaro touches a fortuneteller's mirror and is transported to another kingdom where he not only learns that he's an omega, but also the mate of the future king, Varuna! But it's a lot to take in all at once, and Rintaro isn't sure he believes in this destiny. I haven't read too many fantasy/Isekai yaoi, so there's that, and it's interesting that it continues beyond the initial relationship, though the story didn't feel very planned out. Trigger warnings: dubcon, attempted rape, human trafficking.

Ch.1-4 - Konatsu is an independent omega who ends up reuniting with her childhood friend, Prime Minister Konatsu. Though she feels their statuses are too different for them to be together, he's certain they're meant to be. Trigger warnings: sex work, discrimination. Ch.5-9 - Kayama is a "betafied" omega who releases almost no pheromones, but when two alphas see her in heat, they decide to attack her anyway. She's saved by a janitor but then she loses her jobs and never gets to see him again. Until years later, her savior reappears at the bar she works at looking like a whole new man! Trigger warnings: discrimination, attempted rape. Ch.9-11 - Rune lives in a dystopian future where alphas and omegas are raised completely separately and partners and family size are decided by AI, but one day she wanders into the alpha side of the school on accident. She's saved by alpha Horo and falls in love at first sight, but there's almost no chance they'll ever meet again, until by chance they're paired together on the day of their graduation. Trigger warning: sexual harassment.

Maya and Claudine are both alphas working together for law enforcement. Although the two are always fighting and trying to beat each other in their constant rivalry, when things start to get physical, they can't help but admit feelings they've had all along. I like female alphas in general as I feel like it flips a tired script where women are totally sex objects, though the story is short. Trigger warning: sexual harrassment.

When teacher Yoo is diagnosed as an omega he has to wait for a few days to get his inhibitor, but he isn't too worried (until he experiences penis shrinkage) but when he goes into heat at school, he ends up in the nurse's office with two alphas, nurse Yesung and PE teacher Kwon, there to help him, and they really go at it. Then they have to decide what to do going forward. Trigger warning: dubcon (he does give consent, but later on they push him past what he wants to do)

In a world where omegas have animal ears and tails, Shiina and Aoi are a happy Alpha/omega couple with a young son, Noel. But when Noel starts to wonder about others like himself, he wanders off on his own and happens to find a few friends who know Aoi from his past. A cute slice of life story about an omegaverse family. Trigger warnings: discrimination, groping, mention of rape.

Daiki was going places in life until he got identified as an omega and bullied until he lost all confidence in himself. Now in a graduate program, he's suddenly approached by an alpha named Takizawa who claims to be Daiki's classmate from elementary school. Daiki is a bit put off, but gradually comes to enjoy Takizawa's friendliness and kindness. But Takizawa has his own reasons for approaching Daiki, and he's been planning this for longer than Daiki realizes. Honestly, you can get the gist of this one, but the translation is just off enough that I'm not quite sure what Takizawa's deal was. Trigger warnings: bullying, lying, manipulation.

An omega who moves from one partner to the next ends up being taken in by his childhood friend, a beta, and when he finds out he's pregnant, his beta partner is ready to take responsibility, but the omega worries it will destroy his life. Honestly, I was all for this until the last chapter when it fell apart for me. Not something I'd read again. Trigger warnings: cheating, mention of abortion, discrimination.
