Now that they're adults and Canan's love routes are about to start, Leth is ready to give up on his one sided love for Canan and watch him find happiness, but Canan has other ideas. Vol.2 Ch.4 - The Beast General's Kept Person - Asahi is an ordinary high school student with a bad home life who tried to help a boy getting summoned to another world and ended up falling through the summoning circle and plummeting to the ground! Luckily, he was saved by the beastman, Byakuren, who took him in and treated him with love. Though those around Byakuren are less sure about Asahi's presence, Asahi is happy as long as he can stay by Byakuren's side. Trigger warning: mention of child abuse Vol.2 Ch.5 - The Second Part of the RPG Game Where my Childhood Friend Becomes the Last Boss feels Like a BL Game - Siris and Senet were destined to fight as the hero and the demon king, but when they were children, they relied on each other living in the slums. As a child, Siris suddenly remembers his previous life where they fought, and this time he's determined to prevent it. But keeping Siris by his side had unexpected consequences... Trigger warnings: murder, dubcon.

Tsubakimaru is a young half-ogre orphan who was kidnapped when his captors suddenly died and he met, Shii-sama, the evil god of the mountain, turned into an evil god when humans cut down his tree. The lonely god is overjoyed to find that the young child survived due to his oni blood, and Tsubakimaru decides to stay with Shii-sama to help him not be lonely. But as he grows, the excessive lust that onis feel begins to become a problem for the pure-hearted boy, while Shii-sama feels he needs to set Tsubakimaru free. But even as Tsubakimaru and Shii-sama are beginning to figure out their relationship and the mountain seems to finally be healing, villagers who see the young ogre become convinced they must destroy the evil god again. This story was 90% of the way there to being a tragic masterpiece, but then it just suddenly deus ex machinas it's way into a happy ending that doesn't really make sense. Also for some reason it decided to go with a weird tentacle hentai thing for a lot of the sex scenes, but hey, I don't judge. The relationships and characters are really well done though, and it's still worth a read. Trigger warnings: incest themes (guardian).

Mayu is a somewhat helpless young man who was rescued himself as an orphaned child, and now he's taken in a child with nowhere to go, a small beastman tiger named Tora, who fell in love with him. This slice of life story shows bits and pieces of Mayu and Tora's lives where Tora takes care of Mayu and tries to win him over. Trigger warning: incest themes (guardian x child).

Hinata is a university student who has lived with his guardian, Midori, ever since his parents passed, and although Midori is a little overprotective, Hinata loves him. That's why, when he sees Midori without a shadow, he starts to worry that Midori is a ghost and Hinata has kept him bound here. Hinata becomes determined to help Midori move on, but it turns out, Midori is something else entirely. I find Midori an interesting character both visually and in terms of his background, even if the setup between the two feels a little weird. Trigger warnings: incest themes (guardian), dubcon.

Genji, a former criminal, picked up an injured leopard cub on a rainy day, only for the cub to turn into a human boy who he called Koushirou. Five years later, Koushirou has grown into an adult man, and now he wants to pursue a relationship with Genji, who worries about being together with a child he raised, even if he's grown now. But before Genji can fully work out his feelings, a being who calls himself Koushiro's "brother" appears and tells Koushiro it's time to go home. Very intense and emotional. A good read if you don't mind the parent/child aspect of it. Trigger warning: incest themes (guardian)

The vampire Ed took in the child Phil on a whim, but now that Phil is growing up, Ed begins to feel uncomfortable around him. When Phil confesses his love to Ed, Ed kicks him out, only to regret it when he realizes what Phil will face without him. Interesting and a quick read. Trigger warnings: incest themes (guardian), kidnapping, child trafficking.

When Shuri lost his family as a child, he was taken in by the vampire Hisato who raised him. Now an adult, Shuri is in love with Hisato, but he knows that Hisato gives the same kindness to everyone while saying, "I love you, but you are not my heart," as he searches for the one human who he'll truly love enough to give his heart so that he will die with them. But when Hisato is asked to have Shuri move out so he can stay integrated with human society, the relationship between them starts to change. I'll be honest, I've read this like 3 or 4 times, and I'm still a little confused about the ending. I just don't understand Hisato's character and why he does what he does. Yuto is a social worker for beastmen and Lyco is an abused beastman child with no guardian, so Yuto is convinced to take him. He quickly comes to love Lyco as his son and does his best to bring him up, but when Lyco grows up, he decides he never wants to leave Yuto, so he'd rather get married.
