Genjirou Momoyama (omega) is a manly omega with severe heat symptoms that can't be suppressed by medicine, so each heat he checks himself into the clinic. This time, he runs into an alpha who makes him puke the moment their eyes meet. Turns out this alpha is Touji Sakurada, the president of a pharmaceutical company who begs Genjirou to help him test new medicines as his guinea pig. Genjirou agrees, but as he and Touji get closer together, Touji's control is tested for the first time in his life, and Genjirou is told he's not enough for Touji.

(Ch.1-3) To Love Passionately - After Yuuya's parents died in a car accident caused by the doctor Tooru's mother, Tooru offered to take Yuuya in and raise him so they could become a family, since they were both alone now. Since then, Yuuya and Tooru have lived together happily, but now that Yuuya is approaching graduation and thinking of leaving, their delicate balance is upset, and Tooru realizes how much he needs Yuuya to need him. Trigger warning: dubcon/rape. (Ch.4-5) Melting Point Secret - Shota has had a crush on Shiori for years, and while her brother Iori keeps jokingly confessing to Shota, Shiori has already gotten married, and Shota knows it's time to move on. But when Iori finally makes Shota realize his confessions were serious all along, Shota struggles to understand just how much Iori has been thinking of him all this time. No trigger warnings. (Ch.6) Sentimental Evening Pureness - Ayase and Azuma are in an established relationship, but when Ayase's parents call him home, it triggers Ayase's insecurities causing him to avoid Azuma, so Azuma corners him to demand to know what's up, and they get down and dirty in a classroom. No trigger warnings.

Sumio(sub) is a doctor recently returned to his hometown, and he's in need of a sub who will "dominate him to his very bones." While outside a sub club, he runs into his high school kouhai and yakuza boss Itsumi(dom), who offers to be his new dom. Sumio insists that he doesn't want to be spoiled, kissed, or caressed at all, but Itsumi notices that what he says and how his body react don't seem to line up. A really interesting story about a doctor who can't accept his own desires, though it didn't have the strongest ending. I still really liked the characters though. Hideo and Tomohisa have been dating for several years now, and after doing long-distance while Tomohisa was in medical school, they're finally living together and life seems perfect. But when Hideo's family becomes increasingly pushy about him getting married, he comes out to them suddenly then gets told he's only pitying Tomohisa and begins to doubt his feelings. While they're still dealing with this, Tomohisa is offered a position in Germany, further pulling the two apart, despite their desires to be together. Honestly, this one is pretty good, but I had a hard time wrapping my head around the central conflict they were having. Also the last chapter, 8.1, is a little abrupt and upsetting for some. Uzuki is a regular doctor who doesn't want trouble, but when a stray cat leads him to a yakuza bleeding out in an alleyway, he can't ignore it. The next day, the yakuza, Nonami, winds up at Uzuki's hospital looking for his savior, whom he thinks is a woman named Suzuki. But the more time Nonami spends with Uzuki, the more he realizes who he's really reacting to. Interesting and funny dynamic, worth a read. Trigger warnings: violence, attempted rape.

Masaki is extremely shy and struggles to talk to others. He meets medical student, Takeru, who suggests they work together to help him overcome his shyness as part of a school project, and the two become friends. But when things start to get better for Masaki, he realizes Takeru will have no use for him and starts to pull away. No trigger warnings

Himari is a beta who can't help but be a little jealous of omegas since all her relationships end since she doesn't enjoy sex. Kou is a doctor Himari hates for trying to buy the land out from under her parents' restaurant. At Himari's next phyiscal though, Kou triggers Himari's heat, and the two find out they are alpha and omega andthey somehow got bonded without either of them ever realizing it. A lot of forced and unbelievable things just to make the plot go forward. ️Trigger warning: dubcon(heat)

The doctor Amami is unexpectedly isekaied into a fantasy world where healing is done by magic strictly guarded and kept to the human race only, but he's getting right down to doing what he does best and saving all the lives he can. Very interesting so far (ch.29)
