Hidamari ga Kikoeru
Sagawa Taiichi is a good-natured but impetuous college student who falls (literally) into the life of Sugihara Kouhei, a law student with a bad reputation due to his hearing disability. They agree to trade note-taking for lunches, and soon they become closer and Taichi gets Kouhei to laugh again, gradually opening him back up. But as they continue through school, jobs, and relationships, it can feel like everything is pulling them apart. A longer but very well written story about a pure love between two boys who seem to complete each other. I think the author went to a lot of effort to develop strong characters and to depict hearing impairment and deafness from multiple perspectives, and it shows. Trigger warning: discrimination.
Harenai Sekai de Kimi Dake Mieru

But when the handsome Itsuki walks into the restaurant where he works, Yuuhi finds he can see another person for the first time. Meanwhile, Itsuki declares his love for Yuuhi on the spot. Yuuhi agrees to get to know Itsuki better out of curiosity, and the two become very close, but when something traumatic comes up from his past and even Itsuki's face starts to disappear, Yuuhi has to decide what to do if he doesn't want to lose the one face he treasures. Trigger warning: bullying.

Bocchi Kaibutsu to Moumoku Shoujo
The monster Heath has always lived alone, until one day she met a sweet blind girl named Lily who gave her a name. Though the relationship started out with some deception on Heath's part, the two fell in love and started living together. The story is mostly slice of life as they have cute moments together and get to know other friends and family, gradually opening up Heath's world. Trigger warning: discrimination.
Igyou Atama-san to Ningen-chan
Chika is an ordinary woman who lived a life of constant abuse by her parents until she nearly died and was transported to the world of heteromorphic heads! (Meaning heads all have different shapes.) She was found by professionals trained to take care of such displaced humans and ended up living with Raz, a man with the head of a daft punk member if their head was all black and they had a venom smile for a mouth. Even though humans are treated as "pets" in this world, the scary-looking Raz has fallen head over heels for his Chika and she loves him too, though she can't express it as trauma has left her unable to speak. With the help of Raz and his friends, Chika slowly begins to heal from her trauma and bridge the gap between her and Raz so they can truly be in love. A very bizarre setup, but it's fun world building. The story does feel a bit rushed though. Trigger warnings: abuse, attempted suicide, violence.
Akakute Amai
Arimoto is a host who considers women his personal banks, but one day he's kicked out by his current sponsor who says she's fallen for her dentist, Noda. Arimoto decides he has to see this guy for himself and books an appointment, but Noda never takes his mask off! Turns out Noda has a condition that makes his face go red and has caused him to develop a complex, so Arimoto starts working with him to overcome it while also pushing him to do some naughty things together. Surprisingly cute. Trigger warning: lying/ manipulation.
