Ijiwaru na Tsukai no Netsu ni Oborete
Akira(omega) is kidnapped and sold for his family's extraordinary reproductive abilities to Reiji(alpha), a second son who needs to bear the family heir so he can be free to pursue photography. But after a rough life on the streets, Akira finds remarkable comfort and safety living with Reiji that he doesn't want to give up, while Reiji wants to keep his distance but can't help but be amazed by Akira's openness and kindness. Honestly, it's all very cliche and it could have easily stopped at episode 10, but it's fine for what it is. Trigger warnings: sex work, sex trafficking, attempted rape.
Papa x Papa - α To Ω De Sorezore Yattemasu
Kosuke and Haruka are a happily married alpha/omega couple with two young kids, Marin and Yosuke, and this shows some of their life. Kosuke runs a construction company, while Haruka works from home, and both seem to have some trauma from their past but are trying to make a better upbringing for their kids. So far light on background details and plot, but it has enough to be interesting. Trigger warning: sexual harassment.
Kiraide Isasete
Naoto is an omega who was raped in high school and gave birth to a beautiful young daugther that he's struggling to raise alone. He finally lands a job as a school janitor, but it turns out the school belongs to the alpha Hazuki who Koga had met the day before and who is convinced that Koga is his fated pair. Hazuki is determined to show Koga that he can love and protect him as his pair, while Koga is frightened to let anyone close to him again and to trust an alpha. This one is fine, but I felt like the first volume was a good enough self-contained story, so I never finished reading it. Trigger warnings: rape, attempted rape, discrimination.
Kokou Kemono to Obaka Yankee
Nagi saves a young cat beastman only to get berated by his rude older brother. Turns out, the older brother is in his class and Nagi is pissed. But he can't help but want to help out the cute younger sibling, so he keeps interfering in their lives and grows on Mikejima, until one day Nagi uses some catnip and their relationship changes drastically. Yuri!!! on Ice - Omegaverse (Doujinshi)
Yuri and Victor slept together impulsively, only to both act like nothing happened the next day. But a month later, Yuri finds out that his gender has changed to omega and he's pregnant. Thinking Victor both hates omegas and has found his fated pair, Yuri runs away to raise the child alone, leaving Victor to reenter the ring, searching for Yuri. This is actually a very good story for a dj and their daughter is adorable. No trigger warnings.
Futari de Papa Hajimemashita
Two years ago, Nogi Shinjirou confessed to his coworker and crush, Aoyama Yukihisa, got shot down for not being gay, then transferred overseas. Now he's back and runs into Yuki again, but he has a child? Trigger warning: homophobia.
Ouchi e Kaerou: Neko Mimi Omegaverse
In a world where omegas have animal ears and tails, Shiina and Aoi are a happy Alpha/omega couple with a young son, Noel. But when Noel starts to wonder about others like himself, he wanders off on his own and happens to find a few friends who know Aoi from his past. A cute slice of life story about an omegaverse family. Trigger warnings: discrimination, groping, mention of rape.
Unfaithful Love, A Thing of the Past
Junichi was drowning his sorrows in a bar after a bad breakup when he happened to run into his childhood friend, Shizuru, seemingly getting forcefully propositioned. Junichi was once a delinquent after being ostracized for his sexuality in his hometown, and Shizuru and his policeman father had saved him, so Junichi wants to pay them back. But after dragging Shizuru home with him, he finds out that the innocent kid he once knew has changed and now has fun with whoever will have him. After some twists and turns that result in them living together, it finally comes out that Shizuru felt abandoned by Junichi, who left before he could become attracted to the still very young Shizuru. But with everything out in the open, where do they go from here, and how will they face the policeman father who saved Junichi and who Shizuru now resents? I know there's a lot in there, but that's because it's a good story! It has a lot of details and interesting characters with believable inner selves that make it really a great read. Trigger warnings: homophobia, bullying, false accusation.
