Hinata is a university student who has lived with his guardian, Midori, ever since his parents passed, and although Midori is a little overprotective, Hinata loves him. That's why, when he sees Midori without a shadow, he starts to worry that Midori is a ghost and Hinata has kept him bound here. Hinata becomes determined to help Midori move on, but it turns out, Midori is something else entirely. I find Midori an interesting character both visually and in terms of his background, even if the setup between the two feels a little weird. Trigger warnings: incest themes (guardian), dubcon.

Inusaki is just a self-proclaimed detective who's really working as more of a fix-it who happens to have the ability to talk to birds. One day, he ends up talking to a cool crow he nicknames Kuro, and before he knows it, he's fallen for a crow! When the crow rejects him, his landlady' son, Mitsuru, ends up checking on him, and soon his feelings shift to the cute high schooler Mitsuru who he's sure has a girlfriend already. But Mitsuru has a secret of his own. Cute. No trigger warnings.

Ch.1-2 - Amanojaku is a demon who can only say the opposite of what he means and likes to cause trouble, but Karasu-tengu always helps smooth over the problems Ama causes. Ama wants to do something for Karasu-tengu, but ends up causing even more trouble, and even when they're finally in love, Ama feels bad because he can't express his true feelings! Cute couple. Trigger warning: drug(aphrodisiac), attempted rape.

In a world where basilisks and cockatrices secretly live among humans, an innocent cockatrice named Sora is sent to a school full of basilisks on a secret mission to get close to the student council president, Rin, but he immediately forgets his mission and falls in love with Rin's delinquent brother, Kai, instead. It was a bit chaotic and wacky, but I liked what I read of it. Still, I only read through chapter 5 because it felt like a good stopping point. Trigger warnings: violence, abduction.
