Matsuoka is an ordinary salaryman who has the unusual hobby of dressing as a woman at night for the thrill of it, until one day things go too far and he's almost raped. After he escapes, his coworker Hirosue finds him on the road and helps him out, so Matsuoka pretends he can't speak to avoid being found out. Hirosue and Matsuoka end up going on several dates with Matsuoka pretending to be a woman until Matsuoka realizes he's fallen for Hirosue. But it turns out that neither of their hearts were ready for the consequences when the truth was revealed. This is one of those rare stories where you could almost say it's too well written. The characters, their feelings, and their reactions to the situation are all so realistic and believable, and that's exactly what makes it painful and difficult to read. Do not go into this expecting a light and fluffy romance. Trigger warnings: attempted rape, lying/manipulation, rape.

Cute and interesting reversal of norms and expectations. No trigger warning.

Little does he know, the bride was replaced with her twin brother, Jayeon, who has instructions to kill Heuk. Although his clan doesn't trust Jayeon, Heuk can't help but pity the poor child when he sees how young his bride is, and his pity touches Jayeon's heart, so that he wants to stay there forever. The only problem is that their clans still intend to go back to war, so if they really want to stay together, they can't stay there. Also Heuk still doesn't know Jayeon is a boy.
