In the "cake/fork verse" (I can't believe this is a thing) Fujimine Aoi is a "fork" who can't taste any food and Saeki Mitsuri is a "cake," or the one thing forks can taste, leading some forks to lose themselves to cannibalism. Aoi changed schools to avoid a fork, so he's shocked when he first meets Mitsuri and accidentally knocks down Mitsuri's cake (literal). He feels so bad he goes back and Mitsuri says he can make it up to him by joining the baking club and keeping him company. Despite Aoi's misgivings, the two become close and he starts to enjoy his time in the club, but when he starts to develop feelings for Mitsuri, Aoi realizes their relationship will forever be overshadowed by the nature of their being as "cake" and "fork." I don't know who made up this verse, and honestly, I'm not a fan, but I do like the characters, especially Mitsuri Trigger warning: cannibalism, kidnapping.

A "cakeverse" story in which ordinary worker Hiroto Ochi(cake) attends a work party and runs into high-spec Izuru Taishaku(fork) who immediately takes him away and eats him (sexually). After that, Hiroto just wants to get away, but Izuru tracks him down and offers to help his family business succeed if Hiroto will work by his side. Hiroto begins to resign himself to being Izuru's cake, but what he doesn't know is that Izuru had been looking for Hiroto for a long time. Trigger warnings: noncon, mention of cannibalism, incest themes (sibling attraction).
